Stage: Find the Beauties
Guide: This is probably the hardest one to get in the game. Play in Free Mode for Red Hare, you definitly want it. If during anypoint in this a generic comes to attack you, you have failed to find a beauty and have to restart or reload an Interm Save.
To find the first 3 beauties, you have to defeat all the fleeing Bandit Leaders. If they get to the end of the map they will escape. Go and defeat all the bandits and then go to the markers indicated to fight the beauties.
For the next 3, you have to save 3 Handmaidens from Bandit Leaders. Be quick, because they will kill them pretty easily. After that, go and find the beauties where the markers indicate. Make an Interm Save after this part.
For the next 2, Bandit Leaders appear with animals. One group goes north and then splits, another goes south and then splits. You have to kill all the Bandit Leaders in one group for it to count, so 3 each. There's one in particularly that goes southeast that escapes really fast, make sure to take him out quick. INTERM SAVE AGAIN.
The next 2 are by far the hardest. You have to go to the indicated point on the map and fight EXTREMELY powerful Unit Commanders and defeat them within the time limit. I have never managed to be able to do this on my own. There is only one way to succeed, and that is by having your allies land hits on them to kill them. The player deals so little damage to them and they don't even flinch so it's almost impossible to kill them on your own. I actually recommend not even attacking and just trying to lure the Unit Commanders closer to your allies. However YOU have to land the killing blow. This is almost entirely luck based.
If you managed to defeat both groups of Unit Commanders, then when the 10th beauty appears the weapon will spawn, you don't even have to defeat the last one.
Time: 19:10, with no time limit.
Location: On a hill from the north path of your main camp.
You must be playing on Hard difficulty or higher to get the weapon.
You must be playing as the required character to unlock the weapon.
You can only have 1 of the unique weapons.
The most Innocent of female characters in DW series...especially on this stage playing as HER!

Just get it today which was rather average, a little tough because of the bandit chasing at the third wave (Animal) and here is some tip here:
1) You must at least be Lv 90+ and her own EX weapon setup should be Aggression-Flurry-Frenzy-Jubilation-Roar-Velocity. This setup emphasized her strongest offense: R1 Musou.
2) If you don't like her own Weapon, the best recommendation would be Deng Ai's Lance with Elemental setup of Thunder-Flash-Slash-Jubilation-Velocity-(Your choice but not with Induction because it might glitched out with Thunder here. I recommended Frenzy and Flurry because Lance doesn't need Cyclone because the S-string can break guard.) Because elemental attacks deal percentage damage regardless of the defense, you can have your own way with those Hyper Defense Unit Commander. Spam the Lance's Horse Charge because it was the most broken attack you ever know.
3) The Bandit leader and Lieutenant was VERY WEAK and you could just Horse normals with Cai Wenji them in 2-3 hits.
4) Musou Travel is your friend here also Puccho Red Hare is a way better option than regular Red Hare because of the Musou refill.
5) Note: The Hyper Unit Commander at the last 2 beauties WILL NOT DIE FROM YOUR ALLIES BLOW. THEY WILL STAY AT 1 HP UNTIL YOU FINISH THEM OFF.
6) The problem here was that YOU MUST PERSONALLY DEFEAT THE BEAUTIES AND THEIR MEN PERSONALLY. DO NOT LET YOUR ALLIES STEAL YOUR KILL.
an easier way is to use halberd for both weapons and constantly switch for the attack, attack speed, and speed boosts. And of course having red hare from ambition mode

The best way was Horse Deng Ai's weapon with Cyclone-Thunder-Slash-Flash-Velocity-Jubilation using Horse Charge. This was proved to be more broken than Lu Bu's Switch buff. DLC Red Hare was more useful due to its Musou buff.

Very true.
Using weapons with Cyclone and Slash makes it not that difficult. I got Yue Jin's weapon with Yuanji's 4th weapon with Slash and Velocity when defeating the Unit Commander. It becomes a piece of cake :P
I found out a pretty easy method to kill those overpowered Unit commanders. It always worked so far. and i had no trouble with the time limit.
1. You have to get Lu Bu's 5th and 6th weapon. Equip them both afterwards with Cai Wenji.
2. Now you kill everyone with ease. Just use your weapon switching attack in front of your victim. They will get stunned and you get buffed with speed and a shadow duplicate. now just use your normal 6-attack combo and repeat the process. sometimes it happens that you will cause insane amounts of damage. i guess these are critical hits on enemies.
3. Get the weapon easily. GET ALL WEAPONS EASILY WITH THIS TACTIC. you can equip Lu Bu's Weapons on any other character too.

Yeah, using Lu Bu or just Lu Bu's weapon pretty much solves all problems. When you deal a ton of damage it's probably from an elemental effect on the weapon triggering, since many of them increase damage a ton rather than just a critical.

I played this stage 3 times now, for getting the 6 star weapons of cai wenji, yue jin and li dian. and i always found 10 beauties with the lu bu method.
otherwise it would be a total luck-thing, especially with an awful moveset like cai wenjis has on her harp.
i also have to make it clear: it works even on very low levels. cai wenji was lvl 35 when i did it.
and you are right Xaldin007. there was always a lighnting when i did tons of damage.
anyway i have to thank you very much for all your dynasty warrior weapon videos. they helped me a lot.
now excuse me, have to get the last weapons for the jin-officers. :P
MrQwertyDesigner its cause of the buffs when switching weapons, i use the halberds for getting all 5 star(dw8) and 6 star weapons and easily get them
A quick response to this: I actually did the Lu Bu way of things, and it tuns out I can still barely do enough damage and also if you don't kill them quick enough generics spawn instead of the last beauties. For some darn reason, your allies do do WAY more damage to them so I just allowed them to deal with it and their health instantly goes down, but if I try and kill them the Lu Bu way I take too long and have to reset that part.
Note the allies way I still did had Lu Bu's weapons because it's still the fastest way to go in general, but yeah, I've had to do this stage twice (and 2 hours in general of resetting the stage) to get this weapon.
Any weapon with Cyclone Slash Thunder will work. Hyper Max officers need % damage.
To quickly eliminate the unit commanders with Cai Wenji's harp, quickly clear the mooks that are running around (spam her new Ex attack). Then, use her musou to stun them so that your allies can kill them for you. Work pretty well, though Cai Wenji might need to be leveled up quite a bit for her to do enough damage to actually kill anyone in this stage.
A strat to help with those super tough Unit Commanders
Get a bodyguard with fire attack and set an attack at their spawns as soon as they come out

Thanks for the guide! that said, this was nowhere near the hardest one if you abuse interim saves, i thought yuan shao's was significantly harder, took me 20+ tries.
I equipped Wenji with 2 Lv.10 Cyclone harps, exploited her mounted normals against the merchants (again, knowing their spawning points), and got the Unit Commanders to block.
This actually isn't so bad. Just need to have a strong weapon to work with for all the officers.
As for the OP unit commanders, Cai Wenji's Musou 1 stuns all enemies around her. It opens up the unit commander's guard for your allies to attack them.
If it wasn't for luck in being in the same place where various bandit leaders/liutenants spawned (had to reset only once) I found the Unit Commanders to be the easiest thing. I used Zhou Yu 5 star DLC weapon (and i think that any of his 5+ star weapon would work) with Velocity, Cyclone, Slash, Induction, Explosive ad Flash and just spammed C4 (I found it much faster than C3, which is the one I use most with other officers than Zhou Yu, in killing enemy generals). It took me no more than 4-5 attacks to kill one on Hard, and she's lvl 50-60.
Yeah bringing a weapon with tons of damaging elements makes the entire game that easy. Which is why I don't play like that, it gets boring. So my guides center around getting the weapons for people that don't care to spend the time creating uber weapons and like sticking to that character's particular movesets.
Xaldin007 Oh, I didn't get it, forgive me! Nevertheless I think that weapon "building" is one of the main parts of the game, as the character "level-upping".
Aggrivation is the name when it comes to this one. Character I don't like using has by far the MOST difficult to get 1 more attempt, don't get it she can do without it 😄
Finally got it using Lu Bu's weapons having Lu Bu, Guan Yu and Guan Yinpin as bodyguard helped a lot bc took 1 hit from them on the commanders and I used her special to finish them off.

Since I had her on lvl 150, this wasn't that bad.

Protip: Equip throwing knife, spam it.
This isn't terribly difficult. I managed to do it, and my Cai Wenji is well below her max attributes. The trick is using a powerful weapon. I used a weapon with an attack of 71, but the real trick comes from equipping weapon abilities like cyclone, induction, thunder, slash, flash, and explosive. This allows you to break through the AI's pesky guard and punish them with massive damage!
Didn't you just use the Rage attack? You could use them to attack the enemies.
You mean on the Unit Commanders?
I used the Rage Musou on the considerably weaker enemies at the end of the stage and it barely dealt any decent damage to them. I doubt it'd have done anything on the Unit Commanders except waste valuable time. Also, the less enemies around the less chance your allies will attack, so you don't want to wipe out all the peons with a Rage Musou.
I tried this and it did very little damage to the Unit Commanders. Best option is to have the Wei guys take care of them.
This weapon was a bitch to unlock.

you know what? its bad enough im playing Cai Wenji (whom i hate with a passion) but then instead of getting a few unit commanders and fighting say Xing cai and a few other women at the end.....I GET LU BU AND LU LINGQI! D:
btw i dont mean i hate her as a character, i hate her weapon and mousu attacks. just wanting to clarify before i get bombarded with hate

i dislike the harp so much. i rank it even below Zhang hes claws (which i think are pretty weak anyway)

like what? he main mousou is to Heal allies (which is pretty unique i like that) but even Zhen jis flute or Diao chans whip have much better combat effectiveness for less hassle and more damage

Normally you don't have to be too high, but this is a hard one, so I'd say pretty high. But more importantly use a weapon with Cyclone on it. Preferably just use Lu Bu's weapons and spam the switch attack.
