I think it might be better to go there and help in the rebuilding, in the medical and mental health needed, construction, foodstuffs, etc. we need to go there and help but not remove them.

I am Muslim but not Arab and don’t speak Arabic (except in reciting Quran then refer to the translation for understanding) but if allowed I would love ,if a Palestinian child is allowed to join our family. As per Sharia law I will never change his family name and would loving inform him/her background, I know as a mother of three boys ,how my sons cannot live without their mom and dad. For the past years, we (twins) donated to Gazan orphanage on monthly basis via our local NGO (the founder is married to a Filastinian} and they live in Gaza. Praying for miracles from Allah that Filastine will be liberated soon. When the dust is settled and safe to travel, we intend to go there to meet up with our adopted children. May The Almighty ease everything and keep them safe.
I've written and asked on several Pro Palestine channels that I wish to take guardianship of orphaned Palestinians kids most practically siblings and keep them safe, loved and protected till they can return home if they want too. I just want to give them a place to rest and recover. I'm Muslim and would try and educate them about their culture and history. I have thought if given a chance i would take in an elder child who could speak english too, so that we could bond easily. I have no plans to give them my name or identity or even culture. They would be encouraged to carry on their legacy so that if even after sometime many sacrifices Palestine continues to be under occupation, and systematic obliteration atleast it should continue to live in the minds and hearts of its next generation. I promise to give them loads of love and security, if no luxurious. Please help me, guide me what to do?

Yes! I would love to! I especially fall in love with several children of Gaza. One of them was sitting next to a dog and loving the dog. One of them was carrying her cat while fleeing. One of them a little boy who was telling stories about how his parents were murdered in front of him. And many others. In fact, I would adopt any Palestinian child. I LOVE every single one of them and I will make sure they are raised a Palestinian way. I would be willing to learn Palestinian traditions and everything the child needs to know to preserve her or his heritage.

20 years ago I met a boy Indian but adopted by Swiss parents never saw India or do anything with India. Child ends up out of place because like it or not our society does discriminate does have tribalism built in to it.
I dropped the idea of adopting Syrian child for this reason. We should send money so that Palestinians can take care of their own.

For the past years, we (twins) donated to Gazan orphanage on monthly basis via our local NGO (the founder is married to a Filastinian} and they live in Gaza. Praying for miracles from Allah that Filastine will be liberated soon. When the dust is settled and safe to travel, we intend to go there to meet up with our adopted children. May The Almighty ease everything and keep them safe.

I've written and asked on several Pro Palestine channels that I wish to take guardianship of orphaned Palestinians kids most practically siblings and keep them safe, loved and protected till they can return home if they want too. I just want to give them a place to rest and recover. I'm Muslim and would try and educate them about their culture and history. I have thought if given a chance i would take in an elder child who could speak english too, so that we could bond easily. I have no plans to give them my name or identity or even culture. They would be encouraged to carry on their legacy so that if even after sometime many sacrifices Palestine continues to be under occupation, and systematic obliteration atleast it should continue to live in the minds and hearts of its next generation. I promise to give them loads of love and security, if no luxurious. Please help me, guide me what to do?

Palestinian orphans should stay with their community. The rest of the world should fund the bringing together of parents who have lost their children and children who have lost their parents. A family life for the children and a purpose for the parents.

It must ALSO be considered that many "Placements" would also eventually break down due to difficulties of coping with the severe effects of trauma and abuse the child has experienced....causing further emotional trauma with it's ever growing bagage of severe "side effects."

Yes! I would love to! I especially fall in love with several children of Gaza. One of them was sitting next to a dog and loving the dog. One of them was carrying her cat while fleeing. One of them a little boy who was telling stories about how his parents were murdered in front of him. And many others. In fact, I would adopt any Palestinian child. I LOVE every single one of them and I will make sure they are raised a Palestinian way. I would be willing to learn Palestinian traditions and everything the child needs to know to preserve her or his heritage.
