The GPS part of unlocking the third insured slot was the biggest headache out of everything. I had three separate locker keys. Came in and used my secure bag, hoping to get a couple GPUs. With all three of the keys (opening three lockers a total of three times) I legit found ZERO GPUs ha. It was super dumb, but it is what it is. Legit anytime I am not trying to farm GPUs, I find them every where randomly, at least one per game it seems like. This was actually super easy to unlock using a secure bag. Throw in the gold skulls, GPUs, or gold bars and you're golden. Just come in and exfil quickly and you're set. I gave my buddy my secure bag to repeat the process. We had this done over the weekend.
@@afrostylarin4590 Nope, it has not worked for me once. At first I thought it was just a typical COD glitch but now I think they just changed how the bag works.
@@brandonmiller7122 I've heard that the death part of secure bags is only unlocked when you actually unlock the bag by killing the scavenger 10 times, so if you don't have that unlocked then you'll have to survive in order to carry the items over. Unsure if this is an intended change or a bug
@@insanegamer52 ahh gotcha. Well that might make sense. I don’t think I have that unlocked. My brother does so maybe I will have him test that theory and I will let you know.
@@JasonStrope I know the waterlogged bag is also a gold bar, and there are a couple other locations like Main Harbor Control, Bathhouse, Room 403, and Water Pump Control that just have good loot and I've found many gold bars in the past. That's why I said most of the keys on Ashika are actually really good lol
Is the secure bag bugged right now ? Someone told me if you die you still lose your stuff. well i found out the hard way secure backpack is still bugged i had a GPU in mine and died trying to exfil and lost everything this fu#king game what's the point of a secure backpack if it doesn't secure anything 🤬🤬🤬
I've heard the reason is because you don't unlock the death part of the bag until you actually unlock it by killing the Scavenger 10 times, if you live you will still carry items between matches which is still useful for farming these upgrades and some missions.
it's 1 - (the chance that you don't get one). so 50% chance to not get the first one, then another 50% of that would be 25% chance, and if you're still unlucky then it's another 50% of that which would be 12.5% chance to get none. 100-12.5 = 87.5, rounded up to 88% chance to get at least one
There are other good spots to look, these are just the 3 with the best chance for you get one. My teammate found 2 in 1 game on Al Mazrah last night but I would not say that's typical lol
Actually from Season 2 when Ashika dropped and I covered all the key locations there lol. I've only found 1 Tsuki Castle Weapons Locker key in Season 4 and we got hunted by a 6 man :/

If only there was a consistent method for getting two gold bars. Those are needed to barter for skeleton keys now.
Many of the locked key locations on Ashika give guaranteed gold bars and some other have a high chance since they spawn lots of rare ground loot
Open locked rooms, easy 2 gold bars.
The three supply crates that drop with red smoke, the crates that SAM sites shoot down…and the helo commander crate often has gold bars as well.
The mud covered cashe key is a guaranteed bar at Ashika Island.
I think the floatsam key is a guaranteed two bars.

Yeah it should work on pretty much any locked location (There are a few exceptions in Koschei)

I know right, it was always tragic opening all 3 just to get 0 GPUs when you needed them in previous seasons :(

I dropped in to al maz. In hafid found 2 in the buildings. So another decent spot to look.
