I see... twin sisters that always helped each other. They were eachother's best friend. However, this was not meant to last. The older twin sacrificed herself to save the younger twin during an earthquake. Under the rubble, the older twin uttered words that the younger twin couldn't hear, she thought her sister was condemning her for making her die. The younger twin grew up with this guilt, going threw middle school, then high school, but no-one noticed the deep seated depression. She had suicidal thoughts but in the end she didn't take her life. On an especially bad day, she was much more depressed than usual, her best friend stopped being her friend when she realized her crush liked the sister. She started to scribble down all her frustrations, her sorrows, her pains, even her suicidal thoughts. In the corner of the page, letters were scribbled which weren't written by the younger twin. They wrote of all her happiness, joy, and laughter. With a little note underneath the list,
"Little sis, don't be sad. You have all these wonderful things in life, that little b*tchy friend of yours and me aren't worthy of putting you down. You seem to have forgotten what I said all those years ago, Thank you, Anna. Thank you for living."
After reading those words, Anna cried out in shock and turned around to see her sister fading away with a smirk.

I think about a girl, who wanted to be an author and had a best friend who had supported her dream entirely. She had been with this friend for her whole entire life. They had their little squabbles but they were always resolved in a day or two. It was going great until she found a crush, the guy she wanted to marry. But the best friend didn’t get good vibes from him, this was their first fight. It was “forgiven” after about a week because they couldn’t stand to be apart from each other.
The boyfriend never really liked the best friend and the little girl’s dream. And said to the girl “me, or her” pointing at the friend. Blinded by love the girl chose the boy. Then began a very toxic relationship, love and hate, on and off. The two girls had become distant from each other desperately wishing for the other’s company. To no avail because of the boyfriend the girl couldn’t bring it in herself to break it off, not wanting to lose the only one that loved her left, so she was left all alone with no one there for her.
She always felt like a piece of her was lost, something torn apart from her soul. She tried to get the best friend out of her mind to no avail. It was what she had felt with her ‘boyfriend’ but nicer, calmer, better. She always felt the guilt but couldn’t do anything she was searching for an excuse with her boyfriend to stop their relationship but she couldn’t.
The girl thought she could stand it until she found the boy cheating, the final straw and the very best excuse. The girl burst out all the emotions that were left inside her waiting to be unleashed and finally had their relationship broken off. A few years past, and she’s now in University all ties having been completely cut off with everyone even her best friend. All alone, that was how she planned to live her University life. That was until she had met a familiar face. She ran up to the figure screaming out her best friends name over and over again to catch her attention.
The best friend turned to look at the girl tears in her eyes. After many years they finally reunite, “I love you bestie” the friend said. As the girl blushed ‘if only it wasn’t as a friend’.

As someone who had a toxic boyfriend who almost killed me. This song makes me smile and hurt.
I had to deal with him for 3 years and had to cut him off to help myself. but for some strange reason, I kept coming back to him. I see two best friends. Livi got a boyfriend and Sky told her to be careful. Livi started to ignore Sky and became obsessed with her new boyfriend. Untill Livi saw her boyfriend kiss anothet girl . She got so depressed and did not see all the people that loved her.(including Sky) Livi decided that life was not for her. Sky was left all alone and she too became depressed as she rememberd her only friend. Years later Sky started writing a story but she rememerd Livi and because Livi is the reason she is still alive Sky made Livi the hero she always was.

I get very close sisters vibe from the pic and the song like twin sisters that where separated due to a family divorce one child went with the dad and the other went with mom neither parent would let the one sister see the other but the two sisters never forgot about one another and are trying everything they can to see each other once again both were ready to give up everything thinking that seeing one another was hopeless after all but some sort of event ended up finally bringing them back together
