    Bland foods like you said in small amounts, maybe ginger tea. That always helped me when I used to have nausea constantly. You doing well drinking lots of water and maybe sucking on ice cubes. ❤

    I feel ya! ❤ Peppermint essential oil your tongue. Helped me, but I didn't have morning sickness. I had motion sickness.
