I have no idea why Usyk would give AJ another chance. He's already lost twice, and his antics after the 2nd fight wasn't very nice was it. I wouldn't have given Fury the rematch either. Even at £19.99 for a PPV people will still stream it, if it’s £10 people will stream it… at the end of the day anything that isn’t free it was be streamed. Simple
Sales is data driven, the 19.99 wouldn’t come from no where. They have proper data to back it up to get it to that price point. Perhaps in your case you wouldn’t pay the price, but there’s more people you don’t know about who will.

There is not such thing as British fight. Box is an individual sport. The fighters do it for themselver and their families. Does Simon really thinks British boxers are really thinking about Britain. Bankrolling the event has zero to do with what goes into putting it together. My man is playing Sim City Boxing, and the media love him for it, all so desperate for some crumbs to fall from on high into their little mouths.
To counter this point (not being a troll or anything), would bankrolling the event not automatically help with putting it together? For example, to have the best event, you'd need the money, broadcasters, fighters/management etc, to all be on board and happy with what's on offer. It was great to hear Turki actually give Usyk his flowers. The UK media (like talksport) keep acting like he’s some guy that fluked his way to beating the best heavyweights on the planet instead of recognising generational talent when they see it all because he’s from Ukraine and not England & USA.
