Based off potential and upside this kid is likely a future superstar. And he is a very hard worker unlike other Euro draft picks that became bust. With the flashes he's shown it isn't far fetched by any stretch to say he is a future superstar.

Knicks are clearly a franchise on the rise. Anyone who denies that is either lying or a Knicks hater. They have a ROY candidate and two other young players with tremendous promise in Grant and Galloway, both of whom not only look like NBA players but look like NBA players with staying power for multiple years. They're run now with an actual plan. What a noble concept. Run a team with a plan in mind, and that's what Jackson is doing.
Plus maybe Jackson was planning to leave before the 5 years were up. But all the media doubting him an mocking him seems to have lit a fire under his ass to shove it up the doubters asses one more time before retiring for good. He's not leaving now. They are not there yet, but they are on the rise.

On draft night I thought it was unfair for Porzingis to be booed by some Knick's fans. I tried to be as open minded as possible. However, even I believed that his ceiling was probably as an average starter. But man, this guy continues to surprise me every game! His effort is amazing and his confidence is awesome! I truly see him becoming a superstar with a bit more development and an all star as well. But for now is he a Rookie of the Year candidate? For sure! Nice win for the Knicks behind Porzingis' big night! Can't wait for my team to take on yours!

This was a good game for him numbers wise but I'd like to see him alter or block more shots on those switches when he's matched up against those smaller guards. Also Fisher needs to get his subs in order, idk why he pulled him out when we couldn't score a bucket after he pretty much just subbed him in then to just put him in again.
