Roma comes across as abit of a nob,but you've got to respect a man with principles. 👍
In Roma's case, I think the guy had a right to have an attitude because he was very talented yet couldn't elevate past lower-midcard status in either WWF/WWE or WCW. In the WWF, I think he just came along at the wrong time in the 80's as he was a smaller guy when all of the bigger guys like Hogan, Andre etc were there. He also didn't seem like a "yes man" when dealing with management which likely also held him back. His RF Video shoot interview was fairly entertaining and he seems like a straight forward guy who isn't afraid to tell it like it is.
Somebody was asking how much Roma benches. Probably quite a bit back in the day. I bet nowadays he lifts a lot lighter. The body changes. I bet he works out a lot more with machines nowadays too

In Roma's case, I think his overall presentation just wasn't going to get him over in the 80's WWF. Both his height and weight just pretty much relegated him to tag team wrestling. In life, Roma is above average in terms of both height and weight but in wrestling, he was deemed small by WWF standards. I think he would have been better off in somewhere like the AWA or NWA back then.

I believe Roma was tough, But why would he let Coco punch him dead in the face and do nothing but claim his job would be threatened if he retaliated? Principals ?? Sounds more like selective toughness to me, but thats most people, it seems...
