    I know how it is amazing how you can keep going during the excersizes but it is sometimes more amazing how you can keep your balance.

    I think we all agree that not only is this woman's strength to be admired, but also that she still has a smile on her face despite this tremendous effort. 🔥😍 I also keep asking myself how her airpots can stay in her ears? Mine fall out after the first exercise because I sweat so much 🥲😭😂

    My whole lower body and abdominals are screaming. This week has been such a great challenge. I can’t believe it’s already coming to an end. I woke up every day looking forward to what the next workout would be.

    Week 5 And Day 5 of 100% doing the whole work out. Loved the sweating and even though I have done this video 5 times i don't find myself bored at all, just better technique with every rep. Thank you Anna!! you are a rock star!
