More ram = More tasks it can handle.
They have the same processor. But dont have the same ram storage. If you play games without any apps running in background, it'll be the same.
Internal storage speed is what matters for opening apps.
Ram is required for running bigger apps like pubg smoothly.more Ram means there will be lesser lags or framedrops while plying bigger games .While speed is related to processor, not ram.4GB ram will be able to keep more appz opean.

I have Realme 3 red 3gb RAM and PUBG runs very smoothly on this device. I've tried running 8 Apps simultaneously in background. Build quality, touch, UI, sound & display are not as good as branded phones. That's why I felt 3gb RAM is value for money. Spending more on this device is not worth due to some basic issues like touch becomes less responsive sometimes and speaker vibrates while calling or playing music/video
