It's perfectly sensible thematically that you lost and forgot about the item when it fell off the table - just assume your character left it, or fumbled and dropped it, in a location in a panic :) Also, thanks very much for the run-through!
Man, this seems like a lot to manage in 'real time'. The last Escape game was frantic enough by just adding tiles and rolling dice. All of these additional mechanics seem like the game either needs to allow for additional time to play, or to pause the game when drawing cards, laying tiles, etc.
Hi rahdo, great runthrough, we've bought the game, if you have revealed the exit tile, can you go back to the church and try and escape straight away? Or do you have to wait for the gong? If you can, and your out in the van, and the gong goes, do you have to get back to the church? Then start out again in the van after the final countdown? Thanks.

They have Sainsbury's in Malta? I'd die for a packet of custard creams or some beer and cheese flavored sausages. Good food tastes better when it come's from another country.
interesting - thks for showing us the full game play i feel like there is min strategy n just mostly spamming dice n i dont understand .... the end bit ... so u guys are in the Van escaping ? how does it matter if the church get overrun by zombies ? u guys already in the van on the way out of the city ? i feel that party of the story/rule . .dont make sense
+Mark Skater the rules make clear that zombies 'reaching the church' is actually symbolic of "more and more zombies in the city", and when enough of them reach the church that means that the city is so overrun that it's impossible to escape anymore :)

Where did his gas can go? He had a can and Jen had the pop bottle. Then he moved around and suddenly had no gas can and grabbed the defibrillator but where was the gas can??
I have to say that review aside, iIll never buy or help Kickstart a Queens Game ever again. I helped Kickstart Escape from Zombie City WAYYYYY back when it first started, it was estimated to be released in October...it's now nearing January and the last update was a month ago, stating that it's being "shipped" and yet countless backers are complaining about a lack of updates, lack of customer support or any contact at all. Yet, Queens has had over 5 new Kickstarters go off between EZC starting & ending. The worst part is that you can already buy the game (cheaper) and some reports claimed to already have it bought in the states themselves, and order it online. So what gives? I'm still eager to give this game a go or a quick type of game with some complete luck-random outcomes, but it's hard to not be bitter :/
Nick Santillo i'm not sure what gives, tbh, but i would assume it would have to do with the major dockworker strike on the west coast that has thoroughly screwed up a lot of US releases this year... this didn't affect europe, which is why we got our games, but america didn't. just a guess tho...

Loved them growing up and then well, I just stopped playing them, as i guess I didn't know the buried treasure of Table Top games out there! So, started up my own collection and over the past year picked up "Lords of Waterdeep", Zpocalypse:Fortress Pack" (I was a backer for their Kickstarter!), "Game of Thrones", "Risk: StarCraft", "Risk: Plants VS Zombies", "Clue" ( my favorite of the classics!) and I have "Abyss" & "Arkham Horror" on their way! :p Look forward to maybe seeing some gems with your reviews!

those are for setting up special scenarios and knowing which cards to use :)
