@herene1128 I've heard that Irene and Wendy are the two more "private" criers, so it's rare to see Wendy and Irene both emotional but they also know as much as the fans do as well, that it is a long time and a lot of stuff happening, especially in the last 4 years, but yet they always seem to be very grounded and very level-headed. Very fortunate and show gratitude with their lives and careers.
For Wendy and Irene, it was as simple as wanting to write songs and to sing and perform on stage.
For Seulgi, it became an obsession of hers to get so good at song and dance that no instructors could ever tell her she was bad at choreo.
For Joy and Yeri, it was to be able to see themselves up on that stage and to be in a group with others.
Between Idol Human Theater and the Starry Interview I've shed more tears between 9 am and 12 am than I have in MONTHS

Yep! They also don't do fanservice for the sake of it, like most of the 2nd and 3rd gen used to do. They're such an introverts, but when they meet together they get chaotic and funny :D Genuinely love spending time with each other

I start crying when seulgi crying. It must be sad because all members already busy with solo schedules and not living together anymore so the time they spend and talking like that is rarely come. I understand how they really feel. Seulgi and Joy are more softhearted so it's hard to control tears. They going through so much for 10 years and actually even in trainee years
@stabil1ty Yeah Wendy can be emotional about some things, like when she finally decided to talk about the accident and the aftermath of it all, that got her a bit emotional.
Yeri typically just doesn't show it public like Irene doesn't. "Like mother like daughter" as the saying goes with those two.
Irene, even though she never said it herself, was definitely most affected by the accident and the aftermath of her own case and her own very public fight with a stylist who will not be named. I still have a working theory that she fully somehow put the blame onto herself despite it never being her fault.
But somehow she wanted a share of the blame on herself to not think about the case or the stylist situation because she's supposed to be the leader.
She's supposed to make sure the others are protected, but she wasn't even there so how could she have known that stage was not properly set up?
Either way, she seems healed mentally from that situation and seems even stronger as a leader now, but there was a real sadness in her very briefly after Wendy came back to the group.
Joy Seulgi are the sensitive ones. They are very open and honest about their emotions. I've heard stories that Irene would just lock herself into the bathroom after a tour and finally allow herself to cry. the others would check on her and she'd just tell them she was working through her emotions. Wendy I've heard is very much like that, and Yeri to a certain extent.

Omg 😭 when Seulgi and Joy cried. I started to cry too 😭 they were emotional that they have come a long way. It was emotional for us Reveluvs too. I lost it when my wife Seulgi said "we have not been able to talk like that lately 😭". Honestly, as a reveluv i felt that because lately they have all been doing their own things, Seulgi released her first solo album and did endless photoshoot, went to fashion shows opened her own youtube channel etc. Wendy was doing her radio show and has also released her 2nd solo album. Joy was doing her own thing, her Kdrama. Plus, she got into a relationship. She is happy. Irene was surely in talks with SM, endless meetings.. for future RV projects since she is the leader and our beautiful maknae was doing her own Kdrama in which she did well and even won awards for it. That is why i felt what Seulgi meant. They were really doing their solo projects lately. I am so happy that they came back with another new album. 10 years of being together is not easy but c'mon it's RV. They are strong, beautiful, hardworking and simply perfect. THANK YOU RED VELVET.
