    Australia here. Our weight is metric, with kilograms.
    Uncertain on how to use pounds.
    Most of this planet is metric.

      Hey Greg, yes, we are the only hold out! The conversion is 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight for protein intake

    Question regarding protein. You said your “ideal” weight but then you said how much you weigh. Which number should I use to calculate grams of protein I need/day? Thanks.

      Hello Gracie, great question! I said ideal body weight, because either sometimes people want to lose weight or gain weight so you would pick the ideal weight that you want to be at and then use that to calculate your protein levels. Hope that makes sense, let me know!

    I know I can do the gram to ounce conversion, but why are all such videos use grams while in US (i believe the majority of your viewers are) uses ounces.
