    一起来做“黑芝麻包”,健康免烤食谱。采用了纯黑芝麻粉来制作,可以在烘焙店买到很方便,找不到也可以炒香黑芝麻,放凉后磨成粉哦。不只是馅料,连包子皮也加入了黑芝麻粉来增添香味。蒸好趁温吃,黑芝麻包子个个折子分明,表皮也可以看到黑芝麻颗粒,蓬松回弹力超好。掰开来,满满黑芝麻馅溢出,处于半流沙质地,花生酱帮助提升黑芝麻口味,甜味适中,健康好吃~
    收藏方式:蒸好温吃最佳。放凉收密封塑料袋,普通冰箱冷藏1天。要保存更长,冰库冷冻,吃前解冻重蒸热即可。
    Let’s make “Black Sesame Bao” or Steamed Buns, healthy no-bake recipe. Made with pure black sesame powder, which can be easily bought at baking ingredient shop. If you can't find it, lightly stir toast black sesame seeds until fragrant, let them cool then grind into powder. Not only the fillings, but bao crust dough is also added with black sesame powder to enhance flavor. Best eaten warm once steamed, each black sesame bao has clear distinct folds, with black sesame specs visible on bao crust, fluffy with great spring back. Tear apart, black sesame fillings overflow, semi-lava stage. Peanut butter helps enhance the black sesame taste even more, with moderate sweetness, healthy and delicious~
    Storage Method: Best eaten warm after steamed. Let cool and put in airtight ziplock bag, chill in normal fridge for 1 day. To keep longer, freeze in the freezer, thaw and re-steam before eating.

    180g All Purpose Flour普通中筋面粉
    15g Caster Sugar细砂糖
    9g Black Sesame Powder 黑芝麻粉
    2g Instant Dry Yeast速溶酵母
    0.5g Salt盐
    100g Milk (Room Temperature) 牛奶 (室温)
    5g Vegetable Oil植物油
    =Black Sesame Fillings黑芝麻馅 (8pcs: 29g/pc)=
    80g Black Sesame Powder 黑芝麻粉
    50g Icing Sugar糖粉
    40g Peanut Butter (Salted) 花生酱 (有盐)
    60g Unsalted Butter (Melted) 无盐牛油(融化)
    20g Water 水
    (High Heat till water boiling, Switch to Medium Heat, steam for 13minutes, off heat simmer 5minutes only open lid)
