Brilliant playing and tutorial. Thank you for making such accessible videos. If it ever moves you one day, it would be a treat to see a tutorial for Scarlatti sonata K. 20. Keep up the great work!
Beautiful sonata and excellent, thorough explanation. Dear Antunes, I would love someday a tutorial of K13 Sol maj. My favourite. Hope you like it too and think it's worth your effort. Thank you !
Dear Kerem, thank you! Next video will be the K.9 and I really want to do K.87 at some point. It is still hard to promise for K.61, at least for near future.
good tutorial!...one question about the trills..always a point of discussion:In Scarlatti's music, should it start on the main note or with a second above? I like how you play it starting on the main note
@@BWV999 You're clearly an idiot then. Do you honestly think that if Scarlatti had access to a modern piano that he wouldn't have composed his music differently? That applies to ALL composers prior to the invention of the Piano-Forte!

Increíble explicación. Imposible ser más claro.
You always give lessons of my favorite pieces of Scarlatti❤
Thank you.
from South Korea.
Great tutorial!! Thank you very much!
Perfect❤🙏👍

Thanks for letting me know!
All the best :)
Thanks!
Do you Traum Piano have the same hands?
Thank you for the tutorial. I have just recorded this one.
The best tutorial I've ever seen for anything!
I don't think it is for the level A playlist, it is a harder piece than Invention 13 for example, but good tips though.
Thank you !
Thank you so much!!
Thank you for this, and your playthrough of the song was beautiful. Unique performance

Thank you! Your musicianship inspires me a lot.
Will you do K.61? *prettyplease*
Dear Kerem, thank you!

@@Antune :))) I would kill for 87, so I forgive you 🥰
@@Antune Yeah K.87!!! This is my first Scarlatti, but I am not satisfied yet.... Your tutorial is always exceedingly helpful.
Super!!!! Danke sehr!
A special request : the K27...
ua-cam.com/video/zt7W9vqrsO8/v-deo.html Enjoy! :)
@@Antune I completely forgot that you already did the K27 and that I wrote a comment (in French) about it ! Wow… Thank you for your quick response.

Thank you! What is right or wrong way will always be a discussion. I would instead go for which one I like!
Hocam Türk müsünüz
Sayılır :)
Incredible. Very good explanations. I can‘t find your sheet with the fingerings. :-(
Thank you! The scores are in the description.
How easy is this sonata compared to the sonata k.141 from scarlatti?
I wouldn’t say it is easy, but technically way more comfortable in comparison to the K.141
This channel must be brand new.. glad to be here. Thank you, sir
Many thanks. I hope you keep enjoying being here!
Please can you prepare tutorials for works at the level of rachmaninoff's works?
I’ll make a video about Rachmaninoff’s Prelude Op.23 No.5 in a couple of weeks. ;)
@@Antune Wow, this is one of my dreams at the piano! Thank you! It's a really big investment thank you!
Excellent tutorial! By the way can you have a tutorial on friska next time?
Thank you!
I can't say it will be next time, but it is on my to-do list! :)
@@Antune Really appreciated. I look forward into it
Voilà qui est beaucoup plus qu'un simple "tutorial" : c'est un excellent cours que je vais appliquer "step by step" ! Bravo et merci !
There's nothing worse than Scarlatti played on a Piano!
Yes there is: Scarlatti played on the harpsichord...😛Never understood this obsession with period instrument performance...
