Altitude sickness is the worst and you're so valid for crying:( I have IBS and had a really bad flare up at a family christmas party the other day and I just started crying out of frustration because I didn't know what triggered it and I wasn't in the comfort of my own home. Sometimes we just gotta cry when we're feeling sick❤❤
Thank you for sharing the tough times too. Being sick while away from home is horrible. Altitude sickness sounds scary. I wonder if it is just something with age like how at some point I couldn't ride the spinning rides anymore. Something happens to some of us as we get older? I hope you are both feeling better today ❤️

hi erin! this hasn’t been studied a lot but it’s possible that the reason you’re affected by altitude sickness now and weren’t in the past might be bc you’ve had covid before (especially if you’ve had it multiple times, which most ppl have) as covid can damage your lungs and/or cardiovascular system. covid is still v dangerous unfortunately, and tj could also be feeling worse if he has covid + the high altitude. really hope you both start to feel better soon ❤️🩹❤️🩹
