हमारे परिवार में इसी विधि को देखकर अचार डाला।मसालो का प्रमाण और प्रकार बिलकुल सही रहा।तेल सरसो के बजाय मूंगफली का और अमचूर नही था तो कुछ नींबू का रस डाला।मर्ची छोटी थी भर नही पारहे थे तो चीरकर भरना पडा।धूप मे रखा।बहुत ही सुंदर और स्वादिष्ट बना। पहली बार कम डाला जो कभी का समाप्त हो गया।बहुत पसंद आया।अभी भी लाल वाली बडी मिर्ची मिल रही है।ईसलिये अब साल भर के मान से ज्यादा डाला है।सोचा आपको बताएं। बहुत धन्यवाद ।

Samay Kam Swad Uttam कई तरीके से ,बहुत से प्रयोग मेहनत से स्वयं करके देखते है. फिर ही सबको बताते है.इसमे कभी कभी वस्तू बिगड कर नुकसान भी होता होगा.गरम तेल घी पानी,भाप जलती गेस, गरम वातावरण झेलना,सेंकने भूनने तलने , सब्जीयां छांटन काटना छीलना आदि अनेक कार्य है.सहज नही है.कई बार तो छौंक ही सहन नही होती.हम भी परिवार वाले है.रोज देखते है.स्वास्थ्य के मान से दाल ही लें.तीन तरह से बनाना पडती है. हमारे परिवारो को तो अब अनेक व्यंजन रेडीमेड,माप तोल,बनाने का सही तरीका, सफल प्रयोग महत्वपूर्ण,कुशल मार्गदर्शन टिप्स सहित सहज मिल जाता है.तब कही कठिण व्यंजन सरलता से सुविधा से बना पाते है.हम घर मे तो कैसे तारीफ कर कर के होसला बढाते है. इसलिये कर्तव्य है कि आप लोगो के कुशलता से किए गए कार्य की सराहना भी अवश्य करे.ताकि इस नयी पीढी का उत्साह बना रहे.और वह आगे और नया नया करे.और पारंपारिक पद्धती से भी सब जुडे रहें. As you can see in my 'About' tab, I am into teaching and have recently ventured into this area, I will definitely try more options. Coming on TV will need a setup and some investment but I will plan. On another note, we also visited Sikkim in 2007 and went to Nathula pass too. Its beauty really left us spellbound. Yes it remains cloudy there and is mostly raining but still you can try with half a kg of red chillies. All the best

Thank you so much for appreciating. Now coming to your questions, it has a very long shelf life till the pickle lasts. If all care, as mentioned in the video, are taken and the pickle is kept completely dipped in mustard oil, pickle will last for years. It is to be stored in glass jar/barni with closed lid. Before closing the lid we have to make sure that the moisture has completely evaporated. Till that time the mouth of the jar needs to be closed with a piece of cloth which can absorb the evaporating moisture and does not let it drip back into the pickle. Pickle has to be stored on the counter not in fridge.

MP mein peeli sarson/rai ki daal milti hai. Ismein sarson ke chhilke ko hata kar uski daal banayi jati hai, jaise aur daalein banti hain. Use hi rai ki daal bolte hain. Yahan peeli sarson ko bhi rai bola jata hai. Ye kisi bhi kirane ki dukan mein mil jati hai aur online bhi upladh hai. Yadi apko nahin mil rahi hai to aap peeli sarson ko sil par ya mixie mein dardara pees lein aur istemal karein. Jyada maheen nahin karna.

MP mein peeli sarson ki dal milti hai. Use hi yahan rai ki dal bolte hain. Yahan sarson ko bhi rai bolte hai. Rai ki dal yahan har kirane ki dukan mein mil jati hai. Agar aapki taraf nahi milti to aap sookha sarson lekar use mixie mein halka chala lijiye taki wo dardara ho jaye matlab coarse powder. Jyada maheen nahin karna. Main Bihar se hoon. Wahan bhi rai ki daal nahin milti. Agar aapke ghar mein sil batta hai to uspar bhi sookhe sarson ko dardara pees sakte hain.

Thank you so much. Do try. From where are you? Even if it is hilly and cloudy, no problem. Keep the pickle inside. Dhoop se achar jaldi banta hai. Kamre mein rakhne se 5-6 din ki jagah mirch 10-12 din mein taiyar hogi. Par ho jayegi. Namak aur oil use taiyar kar denge.

@@namita6580 I will try my best. Your suggestion is a very big motivating factor for me. As you can see in my 'About' tab, I am into teaching and have recently ventured into this area, I will definitely try more options. Coming on TV will need a setup and some investment but I will plan.
On another note, we also visited Sikkim in 2007 and went to Nathula pass too. Its beauty really left us spellbound. Yes it remains cloudy there and is mostly raining but still you can try with half a kg of red chillies. All the best

Thank you so much for appreciating. Now coming to your questions, it has a very long shelf life till the pickle lasts. If all care, as mentioned in the video, are taken and the pickle is kept completely dipped in mustard oil, pickle will last for years. It is to be stored in glass jar/barni with closed lid. Before closing the lid we have to make sure that the moisture has completely evaporated. Till that time the mouth of the jar needs to be closed with a piece of cloth which can absorb the evaporating moisture and does not let it drip back into the pickle. Pickle has to be stored on the counter not in fridge.

MP mein peeli sarson/rai ki daal milti hai. Ismein sarson ke chhilke ko hata kar uski daal banayi jati hai, jaise aur daalein banti hain. Use hi rai ki daal bolte hain. Yahan peeli sarson ko bhi rai bola jata hai.
Ye kisi bhi kirane ki dukan mein mil jati hai aur online bhi upladh hai.
Yadi apko nahin mil rahi hai to aap peeli sarson ko sil par ya mixie mein dardara pees lein aur istemal karein. Jyada maheen nahin karna.

5 किलो मिर्च के आचार के लिए मसाले इस प्रकार लें:
राई/सरसों की दाल - 500 ग्राम
खड़ा धनिया - 250 ग्राम
अमचूर - 500 ग्राम
मोटी सौंफ - 200 ग्राम
नमक - 400 ग्राम
काला नमक - 250 ग्राम
हल्दी पाउडर - 200 ग्राम
जीरा - 10 चम्मच
मेथी - 150 ग्राम
हींग - 50 ग्राम
कलौंजी - 40 ग्राम
अजवाइन - 5 चम्मच
सरसों का तेल - आवश्यकतानुसार
नोट: नमक और अमचूर की मात्रा अपने स्वाद के अनुसार कम ज्यादा कर सकती हैं.

MP mein peeli sarson ki dal milti hai. Use hi yahan rai ki dal bolte hain. Yahan sarson ko bhi rai bolte hai. Rai ki dal yahan har kirane ki dukan mein mil jati hai.
Agar aapki taraf nahi milti to aap sookha sarson lekar use mixie mein halka chala lijiye taki wo dardara ho jaye matlab coarse powder. Jyada maheen nahin karna. Main Bihar se hoon. Wahan bhi rai ki daal nahin milti. Agar aapke ghar mein sil batta hai to uspar bhi sookhe sarson ko dardara pees sakte hain.
