I’m not sure why everyone gets so up in arms about honorary doctorates bc they are HONORARY, not actual. It’s just an award. People been given HD’s for the longest. Now suddenly, it’s an issue. I will say that some of these school do seem to be handing out these awards a lot. I look at these like “keys to the city.” Funky is always so quick to drag people, especially women.
I want to ask what was her dissertation on. Also what is her AIP? Right honorary degrees are disrespectful to me, someone that earned the title doctor.

Tbh as hard at the uphill climb to get my Doctorate degree non-medical having to work full time jobs to afford it cause my mom makes too much for any scholarships or anything but she lives paycheck to paycheck so she can’t afford her bills and my school like they say ppl in the mid range 6 figures should be able to I DON’T believe in honorary degrees rich ppl pay financial, managers & accountants so what is the degree in exactly business or acting?
