So, WHOEVER OF THEM YOU HAVE BENEFITED FROM, GIVE THEM THEIR DUE AS OBLIGATED. And there is no sin on you in what you mutually consent to after the (initial} settlement. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

(Lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned) as unlawful, (so that ye seek them) marry (with your wealth) up to four wives; it is also said that this means: so that you buy with your wealth captives; and it is also said that this means: so that YOU SHOULD SEEK WITH YOUR MONEY " *MARRYING WOMEN FOR AN AGREED PERIOD OF TIME* " ( " *zawaj al-mut'ah* " )
# Mujahid stated that, (So with those among them whom you have enjoyed, give them their required due,) was revealed about the Mut`ah marriage. A Mut`ah marriage is a marriage that ends upon a predeterminied date.

# Jabir did not relate *"Istamta'a"* to consuming the marriage in general. Furthermore Allah states, "...And there is no sin for you in what you both agree after fulfilling the duty (i.e., dowry of the first contract)". The mutual agreement after the duty refers to extending the period of temporary marriage after full payment of the previous dower, so that the woman can freely decide on the continuation of the marriage with no pressure or temptation. In this way, Allah encourages that people who are engaged in Mut'a will get more reward if they extend it to a bigger period (or perhaps convert it to a permanent marriage) by assigning a new dower after fulfilling the previous dower.

‘Mut’ah marriage involves a man hiring a woman for a specific amount of money, for a certain period of time, to have sex with her. The scholars agree that this Mut'ah marriage was authorized in the beginning of Islam. It is reported that when the Prophet came to Mecca to perform ‘umrah, the women of Mecca dressed up and adorned themselves. The companions complained to the Prophet that they had not had sex for a long time, so he said to them: ‘Enjoy these women.’"

I worked in Oman too as an HSE engineer in oil rig. The guys in the Oil industry who make good money can't afford a Nikkah as it costs 12000 Omani rial (the bride dowry alone being 6000 rial) which is more than 2 years of salary for them. A baluchi guy working there always used to ask me if I have any Muslim friends from Hyderabad that can find him a girl for Nikkah.

A poor Muslim friend of mine once got an Audi Q7 to college with a driver(to brag). After asking him about it,he said it's his 14yr old sister's husband's car who came from UAE to marry her.
