Wanna know what culture shocks we’ve had here in Ecuador? 👀
Check out this video:

What things do you find strange about other countries? What about Ecuador? 🧐
Thanks Ace - again 💕💓💕
The more I get to know the Ecuadorian culture, the more I like it and, I'll settle in for sure 🤗
Since I don't speak Spanish I slowed the playback speed down to .75 and that helped a lot! It turned into a Spanish lesson for me....interesting stuff!
Glad you enjoyed it Tim and that it was useful for learning Spanish. This style of video turned out to be more fun to make than I expected and I’m going to try to do more of it.
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
3:03 That girl will be impressed by the fact that we have a variety of food in the rainforest[ not trying to offend anyone, but most Ecuadorians are ignorant in terms related to the Amazon region.... that is why I always say that I travel 5 days to get to the city, and I do have exotic pets such as boas and dolphins..hahahahah]. Nowadays, it is not that common, but when I was a child, I remember that I had eaten so many different species; I haven't had the opportunity to eat a cricket, but I have tried a frog, snail, ants, etc. ( of course local people knows which variety is good to eat, and it is not an everyday food). In Ecuador, I did not find that so weird, which helped me be open and respectful of other countries cuisine.
People definitely have different experiences when it comes to food depending on where they were raised as well as where they’ve been able to explore. It’s definitely a great idea to try food from different places so that like you said, you can be more open and respectful of other countries cuisine.
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
Saludos y gracias de nuevo! 👏🏼
@@GMAceMMuchas gracias ACE.Te lo agradezco mucho 😊
QUE ORGULLO SER DE ECUADOR 🇪🇨❤️🇪🇨❤️🇪🇨❤️🇪🇨❤️🇪🇨❤️🇪🇨❤️
La español! Me gusta. Gracias
Interesting video. Thank you for sharing.
I wonder what ideas they have about people in Sweden. LOL
Appreciate you checking it out Magnus!
I was actually wondering what would happen if I asked about specific countries but for this first occasion I let everyone freely express their thoughts about whatever place they wanted.
This is a really enjoyable video with wonderful interviews. What event was at the park? Well done 😊✌
Thanks a ton Cynthia, tried to make it as enjoyable as possible. I’m hoping to make other interview videos to make a sort of “interview series” so the positive feedback is appreciated. The event was an anime event, probably one of the only kinds of events I tend to attend. The cool thing is that guy who was part of the organization that I interviewed (Carlos) is also someone who works with the museum as well as a musician (he played the piano during the event). Since I’ve been recording at the museum, I’m hoping to be able to maybe record other events maybe held there or maybe hold an event myself one day. It’s all a process though so let’s see what happens.
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
Excellent 👌 video brother . You have done a great job by giving English translation . It helps to easily understand the content .
Thanks a bunch for the feedback!
This was a video that could only work with translations, and also one that I made since I talked to everyone about making interview videos during a livestream. We all agreed that I should do interviews but only if they have subtitles, which is why I made sure to have them. I’m glad they made the experience more enjoyable.
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
One thing which shocked me about foreigner countries, was a sheer respect for traffic signals. When I traveled to Sweden, I will remember forevermore the time when an 18-wheeler truck, driving at 60 mph, totally stopped in a crosswalk, without the need of a police or traffic light... He was in fact confused at the fact that I hesitated to cross the road 🛣️😅...
Geez, 🇪🇨 are basically cavemen, uga, uga 😂
Damn how tall is that second guy.. looks very tall
He is tall! Then again I’m not that tall so I guess it depends on perspective lol
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
That girl surprised about China and "the tiny places where they live" has probably never heard of Madrid or New York micro apartments, pretty much the same stuff 😂...
Thanks!😊
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
GMACE, show us park, at same :-) or add at end ? 🙂
I think a park tour is definitely needed. Hoping to make one and show off the park’s beauty ✨
Thanks for watching! 👏🏼
Can you get mineral bottle to take to cuyobeno?
Do you mean a bottle of mineral water? If that is the case then the most commonly bought form/brand of mineral water here is Güitig and it’s sold almost everywhere.
That girl claiming that "other countries have better governments", I wish I could have neen there to let her know that, in those countries, people actually support their leaders, and help to push plans forward! Government is not a messianic presence as Ecuadorians believe, everyone collaborate to travel to the future, by respecting law and respecting others, without needing a freaking cop surveiling citizens 24/7! And even in countries where that happen, they do it even if the surveillance system does not even exist!
Grillos? Chapulines 😋
