Day 8:✅ I think I know why I haven't been getting results and it's that if you work the oblique muscles it will make your waist wider, if you feel that you are thin you have a little waist, it's because you have localized fat and that is only lost with a caloric deficit

My list workout everyday (do twice a day): - two excercises “4mins workout with kpop music” - 11 line abs workout in 5mins - lower abs workout - legs workout - thighs and buttocks workout - full upper body workout in 6mins I do all this everyday and i’ll feel void without it.

Я увидела изменения уже после второй тренировки 😮 делала до этого и другие тренировки, но эта наиболее эффективна. Верхние кубики оценить не могу, так как они у меня были от других тренировок, а заметные очертания нижних увидела после 4 тренировки.( Я делала одну тренировку раз в два дня, но даже так результат не может не радовать )

I will try this until I see results, if my abdomen can't take it anymore, at least one week and the next week every other day to rest :)
😊Day 1: 👍 I did it twice and both times I did it I did a plank at the end of 30 seconds
Day 2: 👍 Eh, I regret doing it twice yesterday, My abdomen was begging for help, I can't explain how much it bothered It hurt me, my goal was to do a plank every time after finishing these but I didn't achieve it :( I still did the routine
Day 3: 👍 It was very difficult but it was achieved
Day 4: 👍 Finish
Day 5:, 👍
Day 6: 👍
Day 7: 👍 I was very lazy and was dying of sleep, but I gave everything to do it, and I did it :)
Day 8: ❌ I decided to take a break, I was very sick
Day 9: 👍I was planning to do it twice but I didn't have much energy so I only did it once.
