If you're doing a solo lab raid you should carry incendiarys, just throw them down if you see or think someone is coming for you and then escape through the second exit in labs. You can also carry grenades and flash bangs to slow any attackers down there's not a lot of room in labs so they're extremely useful.
tip: don't throw all of your incendiary's at once because they might have a smoke to counter it.
