    I'm also very impressed with Vinfast. Home services, rental car reimbursement, plus inconvenience bonus on top of those. We dont receive such excellent services even from luxury car makers. Have a great trip! 🎉🎉🎉

    It was quite costly for VinFast for just one event. It's good on them to honor their promises. But it was strange that they told you they wouldn't reimburse the rental but now they would. Maybe your previous video put some pressure on them.
    $100 per day and a rental car, if that policy prolongs, most people wouldn't mind letting their VF8 in service, even for months 😁
    Safety is also something to consider.

      It’s an expensive business policy for sure but I think they’re really working hard to turn around public perception of the company. I’m really glad they are reimbursing me for everything they said they would but I wouldn’t be surprised if moving forward they no longer cover rental costs. Of course I would have been equally happy if they’d offered me a loaner car. 🤷‍♀️
      I’m not having any safety concerns at this time.

      @@LexiGotAVinfast Do you have the guarantee policy ($100 per day and rental costs covered) written down ? If so, VinFast cannot walk back on that and you can use it to request reimbursement any time within that guarantee period.

      Yes they confirmed my reimbursement amount via email.

    Vinfast customer services are incomparable, said a Vinfast customer on Francie Out of Spec Podcast video. It's true that Vinfast is not a perfect EV, but at least it's a good one at a reasonable price. How do I know? I am driving one.
