However, X was canonically able to create his own universe based on the Sonic universe, y'know, in his own twisted way. Although, there have been some areas I've heard that Suicide Mouse can manipulate emotions and cause depression so severe, that they'll kill themselves, no matter how sane they actually are. I'm not one hundred percent certain that this would work on X since he can enter dreams and torment his victims within it, and he does have illusions.
