Hello I have a question I want to count hair graft with imageJ ( i have numbers of grafts but when I use this app the results is not correct ) Would you please help me ?
thank you much for you details explanation, I am having trouble counting EBs （embyonic bodys） in ImageJ because the light and dark colors are present together and the larger EBs are dark. Is there any way you can count this kind of pattern?
As long as the embryonic bodies are on a uniformly toned background, these bodies can be blurred with a median filter. They'll turn into blobs of a tone that is lighter or darker than background. Try Maxima again and you should be able to get counts.
