Speedy- those are lifetime bags so store it because you still have a lifetime of travel left to do and you prol want to mix up your travel bags. Plus quality- you got a good one, don’t let it go.

Considering the difficulty in finding a LV piece without flaws I would definitely hang on to the Speedy

Keep the Speedy! My Speedy B 35 in Damier Ebene is also perfection. No wear, no wonky areas, fantastic quality from 2012. I never reach for it anymore but can’t seem to let it go knowing I won’t ever rebuy it. Keep it for sure as you are clearly not ready to part with it.
IMO because of the way retail pricing is right now I would hold on to the speedy and lady dior, but part ways with the rest. To replace either is incredibly expensive now compared to the price paid a few years ago.
Both are functional bags, but sometimes we get bored, go elsewhere then fall back in love with it. Also passing it on to the next generation when they are old enough to take care of it is a great way to kickstart their collection.

Beautiful bags... it sounds like you're not ready to let the LV go. If you're not sure, then hold on to it
The Speedy in the damier ebene is timeless & the condition is so good. The MZ is great for now and when you don’t want to worry about a designer bag. But I can’t help but think that Speedy will come around again for you - especially for special occasion trips like anniversaries and weddings! Maybe even to pass on to your daughter someday?

I’m torn on the Speedy- it’s pristine and that’s the bag I’m looking for on resale for a weekend bag …but if you don’t use it then it becomes an artifact not a treasure.
Get the 45 or the 50 if you want a weekender. It'll fit more
I have held most of my bags this year although haven't used much. I have a lady dior red small that I don't think I'd ever sell just because when I bought it it was so "reasonable"compared to now. I am finding with the way the world is currently, I'm using my less flashy bags like the Dress Up Your Purse bags or my Coach bags.
I think you should keep the speedy, it seems like too good to let go. I know you didn’t mention these bags since you just got them recently but if you ever wanted to let go of the grey Parisa wang bag and the cream one you recently got I would love to purchase! I love those two bags😊
Yes I would just sell or give away these bags. It's not so much about the amount u can get back but freeing up space is also so satisfying and refreshing imo xoxo
For the red bag you might consider adding D rings and clips or some other mechanism to make it removable but still have the option of a strap.
If you're not 100% sure and you have the space for it, don't let it go. There will always be moments when you may not be using it now but rediscover later.
Let the speedy go. You’ve talked about having too many sizes of the same style already. Sometimes bags are there for a reason and a season. It’s okay to love them and let them go. Hope you’re doing well.
I love a good bag clean out. I just did one. I think you should hang onto the Speedy. It's so gorgeous, and you never know when you might need it. Craftmanship isn't like it used to be!!

Oh the Lady D in that colour is awesome 💜 I have none in my collection and am considering getting one. Otherwise, I am in the mindset of letting go now. To make space for new energy, as our house building project is in final stages:) Also, I don’t want to buy anything just because of better price and there’s rarely sale on items that I want anyway 🤷🏻♀️

I love the look of the speedy, but I just can’t use it. The 25 is too small for my hand and to view what I’m reaching for at the same time and the 30 sticks out too far and isn’t good for everyday. If only they made the canvas 25 which an extended zipper. 😔
I love the Lady Dior and Speedy! The Dior top handle is really my style because I love top handles bags that have a crossbody strap, but thats what I’ve discovered about myself. But if you don’t think it fits your lifestyle or the type of bag to gravitate to, then its ok to let it go also. 😊

Keep the beautiful speedy it’s in pristine condition and it’s made in France 🇫🇷 😅 I feel you would regret it if you sold this bag as it great for travel and short trips when you need to carry extra however if you do decide to sell it I would be more than happy to buy the bag from you ❤😊❤
I’ve never had speedy and I never like it anyway. Although, I do have two keepall50 and I like them for traveling.

I know exactly how you feel about letting bags go. I’ve been in the same situation but also fear of regretting it especially pieces like your LV speedy and Lady Dior. Once you let them go that’s kind of it. I would hold on a bit longer and really be 100% sure. It’s hard when you love handbags but end up overwhelmed with so many but then have a hard time letting go! 😅

Speedy is a lifetime bag. You won't regret keeping it for now and there will come a time when you want to use it again and it will come back in rotation again.

I was in a dilemma of buying the Speedy as well (in size 25). But when I saw and tried on the Fendi Boston, I opted for the latter.😊 For travel bags, I think LongChamp is much better than the Speedy B35 ❤

Perhaps don't get rid of the speedy...YET. Give it at least 4 more seasons before you decide. I also love the red, leather Everlane purse. Keep it!
Keep the Speedy!! You will go back to it again and again throughout your life. You're loving your MZ Wallace at the moment, but a perfect classic Speedy is a forever bag. Keep your Lady Dior for the time being. The rest of the bags can be donated or sold.
They don't make things like that anymore.

Keep the speedy. Right now you are feeling antsy but just put it away and maybe later on in the year you will use it. A speedy is a classic piece. The Wallace pieces are here for now until another bag is available.
Do not sell that speedy! It’s tooo immaculate. It belongs in a museum lol. I have a 20 year old speedy 30 that I never wear but I’ll never get rid of. The quality is perfection.

@hellocatwalkcity Sometimes, we just have to force ourselves to use them, and it really gelps to re fall in love with them or realize that it doesn't fit our lifestyle like we thought, so I do agree you should try to use them more

The lady Dior is lovely
You can have a transitional space for bags you’re not sure about. Put them out of sight for a season, a year, and see if you miss them. After some time, go back to that cabinet, and see if you get the excitement of having it back.
I would pass on all except the LV and Dior just bc they’re designer and classic.
Don't sell the Speedy; those are not bags that come and go. Keep it. I have it on my wish list, and I would not sell it if I had it. Keep the Lady Dior. I understand the color may need to be traditional and easy to wear. I considered it for a Polene, but it is too beautiful. Rest got to go, bye. 👋
I had bags that always in my list to sell but always not sure. Same reason, what-if. I think deep down you know to sell or not, which eventually to sell. You will not regret it, and all those time used for thinking to sell or not, you can use it to do something more fun.
I think you can go ahead and let go of all the bags. I see that a ton of people are saying to keep the Speedy but if you aren’t using it for travel, I’m not sure what use it has-it’s too large for everyday use. Lady Dior bags don’t have great resale value, so you may just have to let it go for the going rate…you’ve been trying to let it go for a long time now!!

Get rid of all of them except the LV Speedy and the red clutch. Don’t snip the handle off.
With the red bag, tug the strings inside the inner zipper. That way you won’t need to cut it😊
Toss all of those bags except the Speedy. That’s really an investment bag.
I agree that Tory Burch has great quality. I have one Flemming (used to have one of their jacquard bag) the nappa leather feels amazing, stitching all good, and their nylon is so soft. And I agree with you, with more expensive bags that claimed to be ‘handmade by artisans’ could come with random issues, guess I don’t mind my bags to be mass produced in Asia if that means better bags.
And I believe we should get rid of bags we haven’t touched for a year!

Get rid of all but the speedy! You will use it. It’s a beautiful well made bag, has a zipper and lock if needed. Put it on display even. The rest are meh. Great video!

This is what always makes me pause. I’ve actually tried to sell it twice before, knowing I’d lose money on it, but even priced well below retail, it never worked out. Maybe I’m meant to hang on to it afterall!
