A lot of people hate on Beyoncé because they think she thinks she’s just as great, or even better than Michael…..but then they forget that it’s the media as well as society that likes to compare the two of them. Beyoncé has always been such a humble artist as well as celebrity, she never tries to act as if she’s better than anyone or just as good as anyone especially Michael Jackson. She literally praises Michael and is inspired by him, but she doesn’t try to act as if she’s better than him. It’s not her fault that she’s talented in her own right, and people love and look up to her…..now in that aspect, she and Michael are alike but that’s all it is, but she never tries to act as if she’s better than him. She’s currently on tour right now, and I bet if she dedicated one of her shows, or one of her songs to Michael and lifted him up…..it would show that she’s never thought of herself as being better than him, even after his death.
She does sample a portion of "I Want You" in the middle of "Love of Top" during the tour and she also does a breakdown of "Shake Your Body Down" during Break My Soul to transition into the Break My Soul (Queen Mix). She still honors MJ and his musical legacy from the Jackson 5/The Jacksons eras to solo MJ
MJ influenced the generations of the 2000s but when it came to black artists of the 90s, 80s,70s, 60s and dating back, the music and style was very different and pure. You can see how the industry changed.
@SideEyeee_ True, however...this ENTIRE video is a Beyonce tribute and admiration of Michael Jackson. The last statement was redundant and unnecessary.
I started to appreciate Beyoncé. She is a huge fan of Michael. She loudly expressed her admiration for Michael. She touched my heart how much she truly admired Michael. She is as genuine and kind as Michael. I like.
I never had the opportunity to witness MJ live in concert. I was planning on attending the "This Is It" tour, before his untimely death. I am just thankful I had the chance to witness his mega stardom during my lifetime. I still get excited watching his old concert footage.
Now that's what I call "we are the world " because of what Beyonce told and believe, I'm totally right behind her all the way about Michael. I wish he could be here to see this glory.
One of the few celebrities who stood by him and gave him his award at shows when others were reluctant to due to his scandal at the time. Even specially honored him at her concert with halo. That alone deserves respect, not yet getting into her talent/skills.
What I see between these to greats, above all else, is true love... Something that's sorely lacking in the world today. It's crazy how such loving souls have received so much hate. It's like love was their secret language that the world doesn't understand. I will forever love Beyoncé for giving me a glimpse of MJ's greatness in her own special way. What a beautiful video ❤
In the words of Prince- Michael’s own son, “There's so many technological/social factors that went into the earning of the 'King of Pop'. He broke boundaries in countries that didn't have the same infrastructure that they do now. He was popular on a global basis. At one point the most famous person in the world.” *Who is the closest artist to Michael Jackson?* "The first person that comes to mind is actually Beyoncé. I know my dad idolized her as well when she was just coming up. He saw that same fire and dedication in her and for me, I felt like - she's up there."
@@RocStarr913 one thing is clear.. Beyonce ain't on MJs level. Not by a long shot, commercially or by popularity. She's not close. But I would NOT call Beyonce a "mediocrity". She's a stunning singer and a fantastic stage performer. Far from mediocrity, my friend
brings tears to my eyes, such a great artist, excellent videos historically and he and prince donated millions to others in the world and our own country quietly..never knew she made her superbowl appearance to mjs uniform
It must be an honor for him to be remembered by Beyonce. I always thought her bounce had a little less sway in it but had no idea that she was completely infatuated with the Kang of Pop! This adds more depth to the amount of respect I have for Beyonce as a legend of Diva entrepreneur pop artists. She too cannot be mimicked, cloned, or replaced.
And people need to realise without MICHAEL, your faves would not be here. So comparing him to anyone including her is disrespectful when he did so much to pave the way for them.
I watched her RWT show in Vancouver and oh my god it was mind blowing!! She is a one hell of an entertainer and you can tell that she really embodied the style, technique, the artistry in general of Michael Jackson. It felt like Im watching both artists perform at the same time.
Omg I feel like this video was made FOR ME!! The amount of times I’ve mentioned my awe of Beyoncé being inspired by Michael Jackson ❤ I haven’t even hit play yet- but thank you so much for this video
It really brings home the point, that as many folks in and out of the industry who try to continue to destroy his legacy Paris Jackson was right, "No one can destroy his legacy." Its great to see how he continues to influence todays biggest stars. Hope after this video the Moonwalkers and Bee Hive can find peace lol
Without the King of Pop, Rock and Soul being the only first ever black artist in history to pioneer his signatures and open doors for future and younger generations, Beyonce wouldn't even be here right now. All little details that these new artists do, from the on-point choreography down to the costumes, everything always point out to MJ who did it all first. They just didn't realize it or remarked it, but MJ has a huge impact and influence on them. My huge thanks to him because he ignited my love for music and appreciating these artists. I hope that they too would never become ignorant and learn to look back humbly just like the King of Pop. Missing you much, Michael. I love you!❤🫶
This was very nice! The connection she had with that man since she was one year old. It’s just amazing to me. Thanks for putting this together. I see Beyoncé in a different light now I understand why she performs way she performs.
Michael Jackson is the greatest entertainer of all time! Beyoncé is a humble sweet young lady who recognizes that he is and always will be King of pop & R&b since the 60’s when he was a child! RIH Michael! 👏🏾👏🏾😊🙌🏾❤️
Wow! THIS ICONIC! This was a great video. I didn’t know she had so many interactions with him. No wonder she honors him every chance she gets. Not the biggest Beyoncé fan but respect to Bey and was always humble and knew who the king was. She had such kind words for him. Somehow I forgot all of this, as I am a massive Britney fan. Also Michael was a genius and always a step ahead. What Bey is doing with Renaissance is brilliant and there’s sprinkles of Michael all over the show.
This is the way I look at it. As a millennial/Gen-Z’er I am saddened by the reality I will never see Michael Jackson perform again. I will never get to have him for the rest of my lifetime. He still dominates my Spotify top songs each year and is literally my most played artist. But what I do have, is Beyoncé. I just came back from the ‘Renaissance’ world tour and was almost in tears thinking of Michael when she did a mash up of Love On Top/I Want You Back, Break My Soul/Shake Your Body(Down To The Ground) and ‘Virgo’s Groove’ which in my view is an ode to Michael. Even watching this video, I have chills looking at the parallels between the all-gold ‘HIStory’ tour and the all-silver ‘Renaissance’ tour. She cannot compare to Michael. No one will ever hold a torch to the King of Pop. But for me, Beyoncé is the closest thing I have to match that ‘star’ quality and the fact she was a genuine fan of his while he was alive- I am thankful she is here.
Beyoncé has fans but she don’t have fans that scream and pass out like those for Michael. I bet Beyoncé was in awe to be in his fandom to present that award
Who would want fans that pass out especially when people already claiming she's a witch and put spells on her fans. Like that sounds like a law suit waiting to happen these days

Much respect to Beyonce for always standing with Mike and not being afraid to express her love for him. She was/is a fan like us.
So true ... Beyonce' is a sweetheart. She financially supported lots of black owned businesses.👍🥰🥰🙏❤️
Well said tiamarrow6366
No Artists is better than MJ 😅😅😅😅😅
Someone mentioned her love and admiration for Michael is comparable to Michael's love and admiration for James Brown.
Beyoncé and Michael Jackson friends forever ❤❤❤
She's an icon made in the destiny of his. They are powerhouses
I did not know Béyoncé loved mIchael so much. I'm happy they could know, love and support each other. This is so cute.
Michael Jackson influenced music in general in such a strong way that if he hadn't existed, nothing would be as we know it today.
Sayitagainnnnnn pleaseeeeee 💯💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❣️
Um, luv, we'd still have Lennon/McCartney.
Sorry, but I don't know how to speak English, so I won't understand if you use abbreviations or slang.
MJ influenced the generations of the 2000s but when it came to black artists of the 90s, 80s,70s, 60s and dating back, the music and style was very different and pure. You can see how the industry changed.
True
I love her unwavering and respect to Michael Jackson. She is the female version and the top female performer alive. She’s incredibly talented.
No one can come close to the incomparable Michael Jackson's impact and influence on the music industry...not even Beyonce
Last bit wasn’t necessary 💀
No one MJ forever ❤❤
@@slayornay7104but that's the truth.
It’s a certain feeling that I get when I see both of them perform it’s like goosebumps, a chilling and amazed feeling like no other ❤❤
There will never never ever another Michael Jackson like Michael Jackson, he was awesome an a great singer.
2:48 My favorite Michael story EVER. Imagine Michael Jackson going to a party looking out for Beyoncé !!? 😂 What? This is too good to be true ❤
It warms my heart
There isn't such generous person like MJ. Most the talented, loved genius forever ✌️❤️
Still looking for the comment saying "She knows"
She Knows
"Where you are" always makes me wanna 😢 cry
Me too
Almost everyones concerts are like his now. IMAGINE if he would have been able to do THIS IS IT, He would have set the bar again and still is
In the words of Prince- Michael’s own son,
“There's so many technological/social factors that went into the earning of the 'King of Pop'. He broke boundaries in countries that didn't have the same infrastructure that they do now. He was popular on a global basis. At one point the most famous person in the world.”
*Who is the closest artist to Michael Jackson?*
"The first person that comes to mind is actually Beyoncé. I know my dad idolized her as well when she was just coming up. He saw that same fire and dedication in her and for me, I felt like - she's up there."
I can tell you're a Beyonce Stan 😏
@@for-house-stark Michael Jackson is the reason I became a Beyoncé fan. So many elements remind me of his star quality. I wish he was here.
@@crazy4corbinbleux oh that's cool
That shows how much Jackson lost his touch by then. Beyoncé was and is a mediocrity.
The King forever, MJ ❤
And people need to realise without MICHAEL, your faves would not be here. So comparing him to anyone including her is disrespectful when he did so much to pave the way for them.
I watched her RWT show in Vancouver and oh my god it was mind blowing!! She is a one hell of an entertainer and you can tell that she really embodied the style, technique, the artistry in general of Michael Jackson. It felt like Im watching both artists perform at the same time.
I felt that same energy when I went September 1st to see Beyoncé at the Renaissance Tour in Los Angeles
Same here, Houston night 2. 👑🐝🤘🏾 the energy the love in the air. It was amazing.
I believe she realized the dreams and visions he had for This is It and added her own dreams and visions.
Omg I feel like this video was made FOR ME!! The amount of times I’ve mentioned my awe of Beyoncé being inspired by Michael Jackson ❤ I haven’t even hit play yet- but thank you so much for this video
Обожаю Бейонсе, спасибо ей за тёплые слова о нашем кумире.
Beyonce is such a kindhearted person ❤
I love that B has always loved and respected Michael Jackson. You know a good person when they see the true MJ.
When did Paris jackson say that?
Майклом Джексоном можно только восхищаться!!Спасибо за видео.!!❤
Always Michael Jackson part every single moment. King history unforgettable incomparable 👑💫🎶🌻❤️🌎💙
I love you!❤🫶
Beyonce she's something else, God will bless her more and more. She's always has a big respect for other artists
I got goosebumps and shed tears at the same time. We loved you then, we love you now and we will love you forever Michael Jackson ❤
The world really did MJ dirty. RIEP King, you’re forever amazing ❤❤❤❤
See it's so lovely when MJ called Beyonce. So lovely to hear his voice. R.I.P
My god! She loves him so much! She's adorable ❤
Si si...come no...lo ama da Morire!!!!

Beyonce has always honored those who paved the way for her. Michael Jackson was no exception.
Love Michael Jackson always and forever ♾️🦋👑💞
Beyonce and MJ are my two biggest inspirations
I went to the renaissance tour and was so happy to hear she interpolated I want you Back ❤❤❤
Thank you Beyonce for your support of Michael.
Ele ficaria tão orgulhoso de ver onde ela chegou hj 😭😭♥️
Pura verdade! O Michael ficaria muito orgulhoso pelo patamar que a Beyoncé atingiu.
@@melo.everton com certeza
Love you Michael Jackson ❤️🙏
i am just searching that one comment from 2024 plssss
We miss him so much... 😔
BEYONCÉ IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND GENUINE EVEN MICHAEL SAW SOMETHING SPECIAL IN BEY ❤❤❤
The one time i can proudfully say i respect Beyonce. Respect. RIP King
How has this aged
@@AetherStorm-X Well
Beyoncé has fans but she don’t have fans that scream and pass out like those for Michael. I bet Beyoncé was in awe to be in his fandom to present that award
Who would want fans that pass out especially when people already claiming she's a witch and put spells on her fans. Like that sounds like a law suit waiting to happen these days
Can y'all please stop comparing Micheal and Beyonce. Damn!
Omg it just hit me 13:02 even the term ‘Renaissance’ for her Renaissance tour sounds so much like a play on ‘HIStory’
+crazy4corbinbleux ANOTHER parallel! You're GOOD!
Yeah, Mike's impact on this girl is just infinite. Beyoncé is worthy to hold the torch. Mike knew.
How?
I even today get goosebumps when I see mj in vedios and his old concerts such is his carishama ❤
Omg this is amazing Michael is such a beautiful soul a genius till the end! Beautiful Beyonce such a humble soul bless her 💕 r.i.p Michael 🕊️❤.
Just giving me chills, thank you!

I love this one of the Detail. Both icons and both Virgos ♍️ like me . Michael Jackson & beyonce is what success is. I enjoy watching & listening to their music not to mention what a huge impact they made in the world and people.
music MJ is just like basketball MJ...they both awed, inspired and influenced TONS of people to followed their footsteps, in each of their respective field.

Michael Jackson love lives forever 👑🙏🎶🌻🌎🌝🌞Beyoncé today I don’t have words. She true or lied love king Michael Jackson?🙏
I watched this and shed a tear.. she really adores and respects Michael. Michael was a true artist.
Y’all don’t understand, Michael Jackson was magical. I’ve never seen any artist like him.
Beautiful Video!!!!! I am glad you took out the time to explain how there cannot be any competition between these two unlike these nonsense blogs and videos that compare MJ to Beyoncé, Usher, Chris Brown, Ciara, Bruno Mars, etc.. MJ was the Teacher, and many artists today are the student's of MJ, and they study him very well!!!!! Not only that but MJ paved the way for artrists to catapult to superstardom helping to get them more endorsements, royalties, etc... MJ was also a businessman, not just an artist. Long Live the GREAT and LEGENDARY, King of Pop, Michael Jackson. He help make music what it is today, so glad that beautiful soul like that graced this earth. 🤴🏿👨🏿🎤🕺🏿🎤🎵🎶🙌🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👍🏿👍🏿🌍💯
