Tips for kenn:
When you start growing more in stomach oil you stomach my mom did it even though she had 4 children before my little sister
You should drink tea
Also practice some yoga anything you can do to loosen your stomach
Lay down on your bed or couch
When your stomach gets bigger and a lot heavier do this with chase you stand and he stands behind you and gently lift your stomach and he will be holding the weight off your body and when you are ready he can gently let it down
Definitely wear stretching clothes and also don't stress yourself out bc you will be a great parent
Always eat your cravings if I were you I would stay away from spicy foods but if you really want it you should have it also drink a lot of water and tea
Mental health:
Sleep as much as you can also when that child Is born you will not sleep😂
Don't stress yourself
Rest yourself
Read and don't over work your self hope this helped you will be amazing parents
Trust my tips I have a lot of family that has been pregnant and they call me a really good helper❤❤❤😊 love love love throughout your journey ❤

Can I just say, KennaDee is so respectful. Flash back to when she mentioned how she didn’t tell Kass the same way as everyone else, the fact she was mindful of her current situation by taking her into a different room to announce her pregnancy is just so sweet of her! She will be the best parent ever!

I was definitely encouraged by my doctors to continue my pre-pregnancy training for as long as possible, including my ab workouts. As long as they were low-impact, modified as needed and focusing on core exercises then I could continue with moderate intensity ab workouts throughout my entire pregnancy. If you were training abs before pregnancy then you should find that it is safe to continue with quite a few of those exercises. There were a few I couldn’t do or had to modify but there were a lot that were safe. It was explained to me that it would also have a positive impact on back pain and with my labour as well as recovery.
Obviously speak with your medical team etc. before listening to some stranger on the internet. I was fit and healthy with a low risk pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different so consult your medical professional. If you get the green light to train there are a load of safe prenatal workouts up on UA-cam that are guided by professionals. Good Luck ❤

My last OBGYN didn’t have a problem with me exercising as normal during my whole pregnancy! I ran 3 miles at 39 weeks and lifted and did kickboxing! But yeah, listen to your body for sure!

Kennedee, I worked with a girl that was 5'9" and she was 9 months and her bump was smaller than yours is now. The baby layed completely along her spine.

Thank you for talking about postpartum. Not a lot of people know about this, and it can be very dangerous for the babies and the mothers. Perhaps talking to one's partner first and educating them about it before the birth would help prevent tragedies from possibly happening. So many videos I've seen on UA-cam about mothers taking their own lives or their children's, all because of the massive load of depression they face in a short period of time. Even their own partners and people around them had trouble seeing signs, since it was mostly concealed in one's own mind.

I had postpartum so bad with both pregnancies and really had no idea what it was back in the day so I’m so thankful that you know and have learned about it. When I think back how sad it was that I didn’t even wanna hold my baby and I thought something was wrong with me inside the subject that is very near and dear to my heart

You both are such great people, you are going to be amazing parents too. Bringing awareness to post and prenatal mental health is very important and is incredibly common, I had issues with 2 out of 3 pregnancies. Also, with whatever stretch mark butter or oil you use, don't forget to use it on your hips and thighs as well, not just your stomach. Hope that helps
