No. It's just a finding we see in many middle aged scans. We feel it's due to minor low flow. And usually doesn't have much significance. But meet ur neurologist to understand for urself based on clinical correlation

Hello my friend. Surprised to hear this. Please keep in touch with your neurologist. Take good quality physiotherapy and speech therapy. Be positively motivated. Recovery depends on neuroplasticity and takes time. Be very positive, enthusiastic yet patient. And don't forget your BP monitoring and pills on time.
Also, this is a personal thing but if your wife left you because of your medical sickness then it wasnt a marriage. So, don't worry. It maybe for good. Of course I don't know complete story. So I shouldn't comment. But a relative shouldn't leave a relative due to sickness. Same condition can come upon anyone.

1.Tiny hypodenss lesion noted in left bassal ganglia old infract gliosis 2 mild diffuse brain atrophy 3. chronic ischemic changes noted 4.Old lacunar infarct noted in bilateral basal ganglia.

Sir if a patient is suffering this for his right side for more then 24hrs...but patient's hand grip is 100% and he is talking normally...and patient is diabetic...but treatment is going on continuously...how much time will the patient take to recover...??

Hello my friend. Surprised to hear this. Please keep in touch with your neurologist. Take good quality physiotherapy and speech therapy. Be positively motivated. Recovery depends on neuroplasticity and takes time. Be very positive, enthusiastic yet patient. And don't forget your BP monitoring and pills on time.
Also, this is a personal thing but if your wife left you because of your medical sickness then it wasnt a marriage. So, don't worry. It maybe for good. Of course I don't know complete story. So I shouldn't comment. But a relative shouldn't leave a relative due to sickness. Same condition can come upon anyone.
Finally after it settled find out cause for high BP at young age and rule out kidney or adrenal causes.

It does reduce with time. Try acupuncture and osteopathy/chiropractor therapy too. Just personal advice. Not allopathic. But alternate medicine.
