This is the 1st resurfaced circuit in the current season. The next one is at the Lusail International Curcuit where F1 raced this past weekend. Both Dunlop & Michelin have follow safety procedures for that GP which takes place next month.
I think two issues that the track has had were the weather, and the dirty parts. One of those can't be controlled, and the other needs to be addressed. Lovely views from the track though.
As local, there's a lot of complain from the spectator side. The management should do better to the access, parking, shop, rest area, etc-facility. It's like 8km from the public parking zone to the circuit and everything not paved. If it's rain, you're coming with wet cloth and muddy shoes. It's uncomfortable af. Hoping this year getting better, but who knows till the event itself.
This is one of my favourite GPs. Great country, lovely people, amazing food and cool track.
