Beautiful video. Fox has recently become a very active spirit animal for me and as I'm learning may always have been my power animal, one which I've unfortunately neglected severely. It is indeed, I must agree. :) I thought it was interesting you brought up the relationship to prey, my other primary totem and one I've been more aware of is Groundhog, which is sometimes eaten by foxes. I've seen a groundhog or marmot in my dreams periodically throughout the years and just love that grounded, deep energy. I think it resonates well with the heavy influence Saturn's aspects have on my chart, whereas Fox is a lot more reflective of Neptune's aspects and my Pisces moon. They're a good pair of teachers, I'm honored to have them both in my life.

I recently keep seeing red foxes 🦊 and 888 everywhere! It’s FASCINATING! I live inner city and had no idea foxes ever lived here. Then in the daytime I say a red truck with 888 on the number plate and the company was FOX . This is PHENOMENAL

I asked for my spirit animal to present itself to me in a dream and to my suprise a tan fox appeared in a dream that night and after watching this video I'm amazed at how much this description fits me.

Today on my way home while I was riding my bike on my highest heels, a fox appeared. Fist time seeing one in the wild and I 🥰 it. A lot of what your saying I recognize myself in it. Absolutely enjoy the video that you have made.
I was on the Dragon path for quite some time and Techincally still am, but as the months go by, I feel like I'm more and more incline to being a fox spirit and or connected to
such. While I don't often dream of Fox's (Its mostly cats and lizards of which I connect to both) I did have believe it or not a female fox spirit or Kitsune who I call 'Kiki' who
pops in and out of my field talking to me and or providing personal comfort. She started out as a two-tailed fox but for reasons past me and hers understanding she
miraculously evolved into a 9-tailed fox myself thinking she passed 'whatever' test she had laid out before her. While there was strong romantic chemistry going on between
us, that's chilled down quite a bit and now Kiki's just content with being my intellectual partner us still being very close friends. Still a Dragon deep down, but I'm totally a Kitsune
at heart/spiritually! With me also connecting to lizards and cats that fox-energy goes wonderful with it due to the swiftness, wisdom, and the will to 'Change' imagery. Very Lovely!

Holy cow, yes! I appear and disapear at will and people freak out no matter where i am by them. But holy moley.. yes. I am shy, i do love my alone time, i loooove peace.
But i am a white fox/snow fox.
Then protection will be very important for you, especially spiritual/psychic protection. You probably have a very highly developed inner life. Building up your psychic protection will help you conserve your energy and enable you to bring your gifts and inner wisdom out into a world that so needs it, without feeling excessively drained or stressed.
Here's how I know I'm a fox. It's a long story of synchronicity, but if you're in for a journey, let us begin:
In a lot of ways I definitely embody the fox. I hoard, (as my dad does, though to a much lesser extent due to my mindfulness practice) and am working on letting go and give away the things I no longer have a need for. I'm working toward balancing my life in ways that will benefit me as well as others. I'm learning to get out more and really let my adventurous side blossom. It's a fun adventure, but one that I know will lead me to becoming a much better person. I've known from my dreams that it held special meaning to me. But then life has kinda hinted at it a lot too.
A small tangent, but I think I have the power of healing/positive influence. I can sense the negative energy in others and the other day I might have saved a person from losing themselves and in effect potential victims. As I was hiking with a friend we were kinda lost and so I asked the first person we came across. A guy started walking by and so I asked him if he knew how to get to the nearby waterfall. At first I sensed that I wasn't communicating well enough to get the message across (I thought it was just my Japanese was terribad). My friend jumped in and we started talking. He offered to help take us there and I sensed that my friend was a bit hesitant and wanted to dip out, but I went with the flow and we all ended up walking toward the man's suggestion.
He was what most would consider the shut-in type that was socially awkward and didn't know how to really communicate well. So I felt like I should help lead the conversation and in the process I could see him starting to warm up. But my friend was still distant.
Turns out the dude was walking with a hammer in his hand (I didn't notice, but my friend sure did) and the sense of miscommunication was his animosity and negativity. He was very self-depricating and his way of speech, body-language, etc. in hindsight screamed unstable. But I was just living in the moment and didn't sense that I was in danger, so I approached him with respect like I would any person. My friend sensed what I had not.
Toward the end of our encounter, we were walking down some steep stairs and I was having fun with it, playfully falling in a dance-like manner down the stairs step-by-step. But I got careless and ended up spraining my ankle. The man looked shook. He saw, right before him a perfectly healthy person, in one slip of a moment, turn crippled in pain and unable to function as fully as they could moments ago. I was fine (just needed to ice it and not stress it too much), but it was as if this was the message to him that one misstep could completely ruin a persons' life, and I think that, along with the lunch we shared together, the talks, and the good vibes, made him rethink what he might have had planned with that hammer. And if my instincts were right, then I'm glad I sprained my ankle. It was a small sacrifice to help save potentially multiple lives, and that is imo well worth it.
As for how this is synchronicity, I've had dreams where I've saved people. I've had a crow in the light of day guide me to a sun halo in the sky the day before I moved to Japan. After looking up what sun halos are, while not so uncommon, are held as important in Cree Native American culture. There is the prophecy of the Whirling Rainbow and the symbolism of sun halos being sign of peace and great change for the Earth. My friend gave me a dream catcher for my birthday while we were in Japan, and just now am I realizing its significance, 10 years later, as I am writing this in my room, in Japan, with the dream catcher right next to me.
LIFE IS ONE SLY FOX, yet life is a reflection of the self. I AM the fox. And in a Christ-like manner (and I'm not even religious) I ended up sacrificing myself in order to save people. That's why it's so important to give back to the community. Whether it's through work, through your friends, etc. GIVE yourself to others because it all goes around and will come back around to you. Like how the Earth is spinning round and round, hurling throughout the cosmos, AROUND THE SUN. And in the same way, we too, are our own worlds and inside us are universes, galaxies, worlds, etc. It's the same inside and out.
All is one - one is all.

I bumped into this platform in search of answers..i never saw a fox before all through my life until last week.i woke around 3am,went to the toilet and looked outside the window....there it stood feeding on what I couldn't explain...was a red one and so beautiful..
Few minutes later it left without noticing me but few minutes later,I felt like looking outside again and behold how this beautiful red creature kept staring at me....i believe and think that was a sign but just so confused....

I have always seen myself as the red fox. That's one of my fave animals but only that one
I saw a fox while i was hiking today. It was running kind of towards me not realizing I was walking towards it so it ran away then walked the trail at another bend and finally ran into a bush and stared at me. It was almost like in the movie `Wild` with Reese Witherspoon

Saw a fox in the rural property I rent, this morning. Just a few moments yet I saw it distinctly mid sunny morning. I like your broad overview of the animal. I'm creative, quick witted, very agile natural athlete(limitless potential for fluid grace), great singer/dancer, wanderlust cursed, an amazing lover, like to climb (anything), loved digging holes as a kid, enjoy fishing, natural swimmer, strong sense of smell, taste and hearing, great night vision, great at hide and seek ^^ Social chameleon I can disarm and endear anyone with charm, not to mention I can read people very accurately, it's 1 step down from mind reading. Also very decisive in action, effort vs reward. Fox life 😊 Music, dance, opportunistic playfulness and family are a Fox's source of great joy.

What I found the most interesting in this video was the part about mice/rodents as I’ve had an intense phobia of them since being a child, I had a nightmare of mice chewing on my legs (yes I do have anxiety relating to time and the “little things”) I was already relating a lot with the fox spirit animal, but that solidified it for me. One was screaming outside of my window last, it scared my family, then we realized it was a fox. It had chased an animal or was in a tree for some reason , screaming. We saw it jump down and run off after we opened our window blind and looked outside.
They can be really scary sounding if you don't know what they are! The first time I heard one I thought it was a cougar.

Feel into how it makes you feel. Does it make you feel expansive/uplifted/grounded/supported? Or queasy/contracted/overly in the mind/guilty, etc.? If the feelings are good, generally it's an ally. However be aware that tricksters will always appear initially as allies so if you choose to work with this animal, stay aware and keep monitoring how it makes you feel and where it's leading you. If you find that it's starting to take you into questionable territory, tell it to get lost. But if it's a true ally, you'll know it after a while. You can also call in protector guides such as Archangel Michael to guard you when you first start working with a new spirit guide, until you know it's one you can trust.

Hello Christie - this is very helpful. I recently had a dream where I was walking and was found by a fox. The fox jumped at me and bit me, but it wasn't attacking me -- it was playing with me. Yes, you could certainly interpret this in a few ways. What I'm feeling is that the fox is calling your attention to this person in a big way. Also in a very positive way. Feels like there's some potential with this person that could lead to increased joy, abundance, and/or may be connected with your higher purpose. This might mean a relationship or partnership with the person themself, or the person might introduce you to an idea or another person that will help you forward on your journey. The encouragement is to approach the situation/person with an open mind and in the spirit of playfulness or with a child-like heart, open to possibilities. Good luck! :-)

Few days ago I saw 2 foxes they were at one side of a road where I was parked then they crossed over the road . A short while later they walked down towards me I was sat in a van one looked at me he she was aware I was watching . I took pics of the animals although a little blurry then decided to have a quick browse on a Dating site I'm on , on the site is a recommended page and I could view four women the first pic I clicked to view and I couldn't believe the women's profile name was "foxc26" the lady is holding a dog in her arms that looks like a fox . I believe spirit is at work showing me what they are capable of . At the time of posting this 1313 angel number was on my clock . Thankyou.

No, you're not likely crazy! If it's still with you, try asking it in your mind what it wants to tell you.
You can't really make up that your spirit animal is a fox, even if it describes you. You have to go through a guided meditation of some sort and let go of your expectations on what your spirit animal is going to be. Only then you know what your spirit animal is. Same goes for online quizzes. Never go on there.
Online quizzes are fun, but yeah. I'd be wary of being "told" what your spirit totem is. I look at it as a relationship like any other - sometimes it takes time to develop and/or to realize that's the one. When you know, you know. But you can work with spirit animals in many ways. They're not all going to be your totem. When I do readings for people I tell them what comes forward may be your totem animal, or it may be simply a messenger to help you with something you're dealing with right now. Sometimes I have a feeling one way or another, but ultimately either way the animal first has to come forward for the person in whatever way, and the person has to choose for themselves to accept it and receive its guidance.
You can always use fox medicine even if it's not your main spirit animal, plus power animals can change often for you, you don't usually pick them you have to be open to the signs, they will show up to you.

They are both canines, so do share some energy, although coyotes have much more in common with wolves than foxes. But they are different from both! I love coyotes and have been guided to understand that the coyotes in North America have taken it upon themselves to keep the spirit of the land alive where the humans have forgotten to do so. But it's hard on them because it's a lot of responsibility they weren't meant to take on by themselves. When the people learn to sing to the land again it will help the coyotes a lot (along with every living creature.)

I know the deeper fox lore and religious practices surrounding the Fox, Stag, Crow, and bees, ladybugs and worms. If you have visions of a great tree in a tall Grass valley with a den beneath it, you are most likely a fox spirit, that vision of the garden calls out to all of us. That tree is a massive source of power for all Fox, Deer and Crow types. The tree is an inconceivably large biannual Hawthorne, the centerpiece of the garden, it is home to the stewards of the garden. Foxes dig holes, Crows plant seeds, Deer watch over the growth and fertilize the land. The 3 primary affinities for the great tree types are water/earth/light. It's why Celtics readily accepted Christianity, Celtic mysticism is usually a force of good, just for the earth and all living creatures, but the Bible places to much emphasis on the false validity of human's being superior to animals. Humanity is flawed, it broke it's natural connection with the collective consciousness. Now it is deaf, dumb, blind and miserable. The great tree is a better place of faith then empty words in a book composed of a killed tree. It's said silicone trees were once taller then mountains petrified into great clusters of gems from eons of gathering minerals and nutrients from the earth. A scientist needs to cut down a tree to know it's past, I can touch it's trunk and know it's past through it's collective seasons, discomforts, and fulfillments. I can breathe "life, joy, love, laughter, happiness" and plants perk up around me (people and animals too). I try not to kill insects if I can avoid it, they serve a purpose especially bees and worms.

mines a fox and i know is because foxs like chicken i like chicken alot foxs are sneaky and goood at hideing my mum said so am i
i had a dream of a twin tailed white fox but with red tipped tails . i have the same traits of the fox im told

Hi i got bit in the right hnd by a Red fox what does that mean..?
Well, it could mean a number of things depending on circumstances. If you are right handed, my first thought is that that's your active, dominant side. Your right side is actually controlled by the left (masculine) side of the brain. It may just be a warning to the part of you that wants to control and get things done to chill a little. Your feminine, creative side may be feeling unsupported or even threatened by the masculine. It may take a little (or a lot of) peace and stillness to help them come into balance. Just a thought, though - if it doesn't resonate with you, you might try journaling or something to ask your higher self or the fox itself what the meaning is for you.

@@otisdurr neither. Good or bad is what you bring to it. Something about them is speaking to you. They're just calling your attention to something. Keep paying attention and look for signs; if it's important you'll eventually figure out what it is. You may get a flash of insight-like the red flash of a fox-when you're least expecting it. When that happens, don't ignore it.

@@otisdurr Relax. Give thanks for having received the sightings. Let Spirit know you're now paying attention. Ask to be guided to your highest timeline. Ask to be shown what your next step is. Then go about your life. When you receive that flash of insight, pay attention to it and act accordingly. Keep in mind that it will most likely come when you're not expecting it, and it will probably be really subtle. You may be tempted to dismiss it as just your imagination. Follow your gut. And if you need clarification, do the same thing - give thanks for what you've been given so far, ask for clarity, then go about your life. It will come, if you are patient and aware.
