I don't remember much of the rest of the episode, as I haven't seen it since it aired, but I remember this part. This program set a standard for cop shows. A new feel to the whole genre. It was a new time, with new concepts in everything, and not just t.v. S&H exemplified the times. And like MASH, they made a serious subject entertaining, along with suspense and action. WTG Ken and Dave.

En TCM no están dando todos los capítulos,faltan varios de todas las temporadas, desconozo porqué, el último capítulo si lo pasaron y es "Sweet Revenge", la escena final es Starsky recuperándose de la balacera en el hospital, Hutch recostado a su lado, y también están Huggy Bear y el Capitán Dobey, esta escena del video corresponde a "Targets without a badge", es un capítulo triple de la último temporada y no lo pasan por TCM.
Cierto termina con sweet revenge y luego empieza blody sunday ,los de tcm de comieron el episodio piloto y el de targests with a badge nada más no lo pasan y ya llevo 2 años viéndolos y nada más no
Viendo esta parte final no entiendo el inglés pero quiere decir que ellos se cansaron de servir a la institución donde en algunos capítulos se veía que ellos querían hacer justicia y lo hacían por convicción pero sin embargo siempre los frenaban incluso su propio jefe los reprendia o sea tenían que acogerse a ese sistema de justicia que impartía la institución policial donde el criminal vestido de saco y corbata siempre influía , recuerdo también un capítulo donde un amigo de ellos hombre de color fue acribillado por un policía a quemarropa a pesar que se había rendido y pedía que no lastimen a su amigo que si estaba al margen de la ley pero al final este policía solo fue amonestado y no encarcelado por este hecho a pesar de que hubo una testigo que vio todo recuerdo este capítulo y había otros buena serie
This was not the final episode this is the end off part 1 targets without a badge parts 2 and 3 was aired as a Sunday night movie back when this show was original aired ...they quite the force because they failed too protect the young drug dealer that was facing a dope charge that had a young daughter and wife .starsky and hutch promised him if he could help them nail a federal judge that was involved in drug trafficking.that he could possibly get a lighter sentence but was forced too reveal the informant s name .when the hit man followed hutch too hotel were they wear guarding him .and blew hutch’s car up in order too lure starsky out off the room too check make sure hutch was ok were as the hit man could get too and shoot the informant blowing him out a second floor window killing him .this I think shook them .up as there actions through out this episode shook them starsky and hutch let their desire too make a big case against a federal judge .overtake there judgement as huge bear related too them ,after his friend was killed and as captain dobey tried too explain too . Them somthing hutch came too realize.in the second part off the episode ...sweet revenge the final episode hutch actually realizes that .the organization they were up against was as big as the government that’s why it would have made more sense that starsky should have died when he was shot .as Paul micheal glaser said in a recent interview this was a very good and complexed ending too a great show👍
I am glad he did not die as the ending was ended on a happy note with all four of them together. I don't think Hutch would have dealt with it well if he had died. This is to close to what our country is coming to nowadays with our government.
That's funny, they both pretend to throw the badge. if you slow-mo it you can see they swapped hands and dropped the badges. Probably because they were real cop badges...
