Dude, this guy is anointed! Every sermon has got me wanting to take notes.... and I don't take notes from online sermons! ❤ Lord, bless Mr. Flowers and his whole family for the blessings he's giving others. And Lord help me keep my focus. I desperately need to stay focused, and not just with meds! I need a focus that goes beyond that! Focus that pours out of my soul because there's nothing better than you God! There's nothing better!

If anyone is here in 2024, you need to watch this message. Im going to use this an an anchor crutch in addition to God's word as I know that this is a vital word i need to hear for the year. The year is just starting, and God is telling me to stay focused.
Last year was full of distractions, but ive eliminated many things holding me back. The devil goes baxk to hell where he came from. When youre focused, God will do things in your life that even we ourselves csnt understand. Its amazing in all honesty. Praise God

This message finds me in a place of analysis of oneself. Learning to be fearless in the word and God’s promise has been challenging as of late. The idea that I haven’t been planted; rooted in the word through my day to day, is a needed message and I have gratitude to this ministry and community for exposing this.

There are immediate needs…..basic needs…..it’s not a crime to pursue these BASIC needs….my issue is wether or not a certain person is a part of this pursuit as well as my “calling”. I just don’t want to be distracted.

I liked the fire/fire fighter analogy he used. Fire is a source of light and darkness can’t exist with it present. By having fire we’re filled with the Spirit and growing to be more like Christ who John called the light of the world.
“In him was life, and and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness of life and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:4-5, NIV).
I have to share this cause I know ya'll are going to get a kick out of this. When I heard firefighter I almost fell out of my seat. My firefighter is... a firefighter. And I JUST found this channel a few days ago... God's sense of humor is just *Chefs kiss*
Quick Testimony:
Anyhow, I'm in my healing (now testing) season and this guy wouldn't leave my thoughts. I KNOW neither of us is healed enough for anything and I need to get my -ish together. So it was a MASSIVE distraction at all times and I was praying to God to take it away, rebuking and everything, because I like my constant thoughts to be worship. Mind you this dude isn't even pursuing me. Eventually I just really broke down & prayed a prayer of surrender. I gave God all the unfulfilled feelings that had been stirred up. Felt like huge weight was lifted. I took a nap and dreamt of him (I dream a lot), but it didn't kick my butt. Praise God.
