Thank you Linda! I have a daughter and I have been hemming gowns for her and her friends all through high school and college. She’s getting married and I’m making the leap and sewing my own gown! I’ve used a method similar to this but I enjoy seeing it done! And the tools(sewing machine) makes a big difference! You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you again!

Well I must say thank you for this video.....I was asked to cut and hem a satin "slinky" dress and thought I would say No....but I have attempted so many different obstacles over my many sewing years(40 ish) So I wanted to see what was out there on You Tube and you helped me through.
