    Bari uke is just the best instrument on earth, every guitar player needs one, I bought a Mitchell Bari. On a lark years ago and found myself playing it every day, upgraded to a Pono’ and never looked back.

    Hoodrio -- Thanks for showing off some slide work on the baritone ukulele. I have been keeping a blog for that last four years about everything I can for the baritone ukulele player -- it is called Humble Baritonics. This will make a great addition. Jeff

    Hello! Excellent lesson. Thank you so much. Just one question: what is the pickup in your baritone? Cheers.

      @Hoodrio  Рік тому

      Thanks! I no longer have that instrument, but it was whatever built-in pickup that Kala uses.

    Amazing! I just got a ukulele Tenor I think....I never knew you could use a slide with a Uke....Love it! Is there a place on the internet I can go to get more information/videos on this? Great job!

    Hi I don’t know if you still use this channel or will see this, but do you happen to know if this baritone is quality enough to use on a stage? Thanks in advance.

    • @Hoodrio
      @Hoodrio  5 років тому

      I don't see why not - it's good quality and sounds great plugged in.

    I have a baritone Ukulele but not amplified. How does slide sound without, is the slide as effective?

    Sounds like steel strings, Looks like Nylon strings. are they nylon?

    • @Hoodrio
      @Hoodrio  2 роки тому

      Yep, the standard nylon strings that came on the ukulele.

      @@kmb3839 I’m not sure what you mean by D4. The high D is one octave higher than the low D if that helps.
