Wow, this is stupid. In the first one, the relay does absolutely nothing (it's wired up completely wrong), and even then, a 9V battery cannot make anything do that. The whole thing is obviously just faked by cutting to a shot where it's powered by some hidden AC signal source (not a battery) from offscreen. Why do people even make these things? There are tons of actually genuine, working electronics projects you could be showing people how to do, but it seems like you've gone out of your way to come up with *incredibly fake shit that will never work* instead, for no reason. The third one might _theoretically_ work with _some_ ultrasonic vaporizer discs (though I haven't checked the circuit design), but different discs can have completely different frequency requirements, so unless you know exactly what model you're making it for, and adjust the components appropriately, *it probably won't actually work either* (also don't run those discs dry like that. They're supposed to be actually submerged under the surface of the water. Running them out in the air can damage them). I also note it says "circuit in description", but there are no circuit schematics at all in the description...
