Not sure if twitch chat already suggested this but if you’re unsure who to romance, try befriending everyone. As your friendship level (hearts) increase with certain characters, you will get some cutscenes that might change your opinion about some characters. Also works with most of the other villagers if you just want to see some cute cutscenes

I wanted to marry Sebastian on my most recent file as I've never married him before but changed my mind after the cut scene where he says he hates the country and feels trapped and wants to move to the big city. Even though he can't go i would have felt like it was me holding him back if i married him so i just got with abigail again 😂
You can buy a telephone from Robin to check how much you need for everything. She also sells a calendar and other useful stuff to put in your house or on the farm :) Great playthrough, I am having fun !
I think most very rare events have had their odds boosted significantly in 1.5 not certain the UFO is one but wouldn't surprise me. I mean the fun of it is the same just a note.

After watching Evelyn's first Stardew Valley video I bought and now I am addicted to it. Also, since I am clueless about what to do I watch continue to watch Evelyn's Stardew Valley videos and wow Evelyn and her twitch chat are super helpful when it comes to doing things in this game. The more you talk to and gift people the more hearts you will gain and you'll unlock cut scenes for all the characters! For example at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 heart levels you will get a unique cut scene for each one with that character. The cutscenes are really beautiful and expand on each character's personalities a lot more, so I really recommend working on friendships too when you have the time. It's one of my favorite things about stardew and I'm currently working on getting to 10 hearts with every single character just to see all the scenes (and yes I'm dating all of the dateable ones too to unlock ten hearts ;) ) Loving the series !!
-Robin would've been closed for the day either way! She closes at 5pm, IIRC. You went there past 6. :) -Actually, you only lose things from your inventory if you get knocked out by monsters. Falling asleep *anywhere* outside your farmhouse loses you an x amount of gold. -Rainbow shell is not for community centre, but for a secret quest chain! -Just in case nobody mentions it, Vincent loves grapes. You'll want to hang onto a few of them for gifting purposes.

The fish are crazy huge! My biggest was a 66 inch tuna and i was just sat there thinking how the fuck does all this lot fit in my tiny backpack? Unless it was made by Mary Poppins i have zero clue how that shit works
@PuppyCat mary poppins is a disney character from a film called mary poppins. She was an au pair for 2 british kids and she had a travel bag with her that fit huge amounts of stuff in like a hat stand and lamps and everything lol. It's become a running joke in british society that if anybody has a lot of stuff in their bag/purse and it seems to defy the amount of space available that it's mary poppins bag :)
When the screen that pops up saying how much you have made you can click on the plus next to the item to see exactly how much of each item you have sold in that category and see which item sells for more

One of my friends moved from Germany to live here in Scotland for a while and she was super pissed that she couldn't get mayo with everything at the fast food places 😂 got so bad she started carrying a bottle round in her handbag so she would always have some
Haha! Well it's interesting. I didn't know mayonnaise with French fries wasn't a usual thing for other countries. In turkey, a small package of ketchup and mayonnaise are free with junk foods every time and we usually dip our French fries to them to flourish the taste.

It always amazes me how this game somehow manages to convey the feeling of the seasons so well. The soundtrack really helps. The summer soundtrack has that uptempo, uplifting vibe, just like summers do. :) My favorite season in the game (and irl) is autumn.
If you click on a character in your menu (where it displays their hearts) It will give you a summary of what you've given them and their opinion on it :)
The train still goes if you pause the game, so if you get smashed and can't escape, just pause until the train passes. (I learned this while panicking lmao)

There's so many fun things you can do with them. You can add them to the fair table in fall, you can wear them and the mayor freaks out when he sees them... super fun 😂 i gave him them back on my first ever file but since then I've just been having fun with them
GaB here is a tip for you. If you talk to people they will tell you what items other people like/dislike. The more hearts you get with townsfolk, they will start giving you items and recipes randomly. For gifts, Clint and Maru loves bars (copper, Iron, iridium), Abigail loves amethyst (the purple mineral), Haley is into cakes and ice cream.Linus loves blackberries. Also by choosing tiller, you made the right choice. Remember, cows/chickens/ducks are temporary while farming is eternal.

Not chat spreading false information regarding passing out in the mine. I know this is more than two years old by now but you can only lose items if you die in the mines, not pass out. Even if you pass out in the mine from loss of energy or the time reaches 2 am, you will only lose money.

There’s a ring you can get that produces a circle of light around you wherever you go. Very helpful for navigating in the dark!

One dude made this whole game and for some reason the thing that amazes me the most are the sounds. How did he get such satisfying sounds? I love the sound of the trees falling after being chopped. I’m interested how he got the soundboard for everything.

This has been so much fun to watch! I've been playing Stardew Valley along side while you play. I love this game (I own it on all platforms, but playing on switch.) I can't wait for them to send the update to switch, because as you previously said, yes it's so much fun to play where ever you are.

I love Gab's playthrough of Stardew Valley so far. I enjoy all of the games I've watched on this channel, it's so relaxing and I learn some new things each time! I can't wait for Haunted Chocolatier to come out, I'm ready to play it when it releases :D
Not chat spreading false information regarding passing out in the mine. I know this is more than two years old by now but you can only lose items if you die in the mines, not pass out. Even if you pass out in the mine from loss of energy or the time reaches 2 am, you will only lose money.
