Random theory: Lucius looks a lot younger than Gibeon because he’s not ACTUALLY 100 years old-he travelled back in time to stop Gibeon. We already know Heath exists in this universe…so what if the Time Machine does too..?
@@N.EO-QuartzThat or we been playing as Lucius In Pokemon Legends Arceus all this time but the only change is that he was charged with stoping Gibeon (whose name sounds like another Eevee evolution 😂🤣)
One thing I love about Pokemon horizons is that how the episode ends open for continuation of next episode, it's feels like we are going on with them, it's really exciting xd
I have never thought that Dot would herself go out to find stuff for her videos alone with her Quaxwell, especially in the past she had always trapped herself in her room most of her time before Liko and Roy befriended her, she has grown so much since then. Another good and enjoyable episode to watch in the weekend.
You're totally right, Dot going out to work on her videos in public is genuinely such a great sign of how much she has grown as a person 😁 and even her going up to Perrin, a stranger, by herself, and asking about Growlithe/Kleavor, really shows how confident she's becoming. I think she's gonna go down as one of the best developed characters in the whole anime!
Idk if anybody noticed it, but when Friede asked Briar if she's seen a Terapagos before Liko's, she said that she HAS seen one indeed Which means Horizons takes place after the Indigo Disk DLC... I wonder whom did Briar encounter Terapagos with before tho
We might end up seeing Juliana or Florian at some point. One thing I've noticed about Horizons is that they avoid interfering with canon plot, unlike the main anime, especially Journeys when Ash and Goh take over the MC and Hop's role in capturing Eternatus. Though it would be funny if it turns out that Ash was the one who turned up off-screen and was the one who did the main plot.
@fubukifangirl I have a feeling we Won't see Florian or Juliana in Horizons. I think the reason May, Dawn & Serena - the only player characters from the games to appear in Ash's anime - appear alongside Ash is because the Gen 3, Gen 4 & Gen 6 games lets the male & female protags coexist. Since Florian & Juliana do not coexist in Scarlet/Violet, I doubt either will appear in Horizons.
@@mohammadnazriabdsamad8286 this is make sense... even Ethan & Lyra too, Lyra meet Ash & co, then Ash did a pokemon battle with Ethan in the movie, because Gen 2 lets both protags coexist and this is why we never see Unova, Alola & Galar protagonists in anime
Wowwww I didn’t even notice this, it totally went over my head! That’s so exciting!! And even more proof that Horizons takes place after ScaVio! Insane!! 🔥
Yeah, but then Briar should have told them how to get the Stellad form of Terapagos, if she met it. So the encounter might have been kind of different in the anime than in the games, since we already saw Carmine still being xenophobic and Paradox Pokemon being still unknown where even Chalce/Agate said that these mons are ridiculous.
Finally, confirmation that my theories were true, I knew it’d get confirmed this episode!! ‘So you’ve seen a Terapagos before?’ ‘Yes. An awakened specimen similar to this one, at that. I’m in the process of compiling my research up to this point into a book.’ The anime officially takes place after the events of both Scarlet/Violet AND the dlc! I was so excited for this episode because I knew that based off Briar’s reaction to Terapagos, we’d be able to figure out whether the anime’s timeline takes place before or after the games, and also whether or not Liko’s Terapagos is the same one as the one at the bottom of Area Zero. Now we know that it takes place in a timeline more similar to *after* the games (which I was already saying for months because off Penny, Nemona and Arven, particularly Penny), and that there are multiple living Terapagos in the anime’s timeline- this likely means that canonically, in the anime’s timeline, at some point all that insanity went down at the bottom of the Area Zero Underdepths, and Kieran awoke that Terapagos. When else would Briar have seen one?? I wonder where it is now in this timeline? Speaking of Kieran, it makes so much sense for him to have an important role in the anime whenever the focus shifts to the Indigo Disk- since he’s the entire reason that particular Terapagos awoke in the first place.
But why doesn't Briar know that to get the Stellar Form of Terapagos, you have to Terastallize it. Not saying that there isn't an overlap, but I doubt it happened all exactly like in the games, since Carmine is still xenophobic and Paradox Pokémon are still not well-known, i.e, Chalce called the Occult Magazine nonsnese, so at best, the game's timeline with diffrences and new circumstances for each character, maybe including Kieran!
@@basilofgoodwishes4138 well they couldn’t just have her go and know all the answers already for the sake of the anime’s story. There are differences from the games story of course, there always will be with the anime. But there are a lot more similarities to the games timeline than there ever were in the past of the anime, and I think that’s awesome! But yeah, they couldn’t have Briar already know everything about Terapagos and its Stellar form of course, which means while *something* clearly happened, it most likely wasn’t identical to the games. Though it’s likely still important in one way or another given they could’ve just had this be the first time she’d seen a Terapagos, but they instead decided to draw attention to the fact that she’s seen one before. Very curious how these events played out in the anime’s timeline! (Also that whole Kieran thing at the end of my comment is just me being super desperate for him to make an appearance lol)
@@TheFluffyTheropodYeah then it makes sense, though there still seems to be a lot of disbelief about Paradox Pokemon like Chalce...as for Kieran, I hope he has something to do with the Terapagos, since he owned one on the games and it would be neat to have him be the one to capture it. Also I really hope that he appears too, I mean if Liko ever reaches her full potential and has a Meowscarada, then Kieran and his Incineroar should be the awesome rivals to one another! I want Kieran in Horizons and I would even pay money for this!

fun fact : in the dlc 1 of pokemon scarlet and violet, they planned that the milotic you battled in the cristal pool should have terrastalized into a ghost type but didn't do it at last
If only they made the milotic catchable, that or at least make another evolution method for feebas in sv like how in emerald you could just increase its beauty and level up by one to evolve
This episode is definitely a conformation, that HZ definitely will have Area Zero and Paradoxes in the future with setting up Heath's backstory. And whole scene with Geeta and Clavell in Arc 3 also leading to it. Battle against Milotic was kinda one-sided, but it's really cool, that trio worked together to stop it. And I really liked that the strategy to lure Milotic was based on seemingly filler episode 69. Really good usage of episodes, that doesn't seem plot related at first sign And I guess that the reason nothing happened at Crystal Pool with Terapagos is that it's not strong enough, so they will return after getting Kleavor. Also really liked Dot/Perrin interaction with setting up Kleavor 2-parter. Not sure if the fight was necessary but Quaxwell got a W and even learned Air Cutter, so it's fine.
This episode genuinely had me so excited thinking about how the writers are going to connect/combine the story of the games - with Area Zero, Miraidon/Koraidon, Paradox Pokemon, etc. - with the story of Horizons - with Lucius, Terapagos, the Six Heroes, etc... I have a feeling they're gonna make everything connect in ways we don't expect. And I can't wait to see it all unfold! 🙏
0:59 this is more than a nod in the game the Milotic you fight is actually programmed to be a ghost type but is never shown so the anime actually tells us something the games don’t Fun fact Kieran’s Dragonite is also programmed to be normal Tera despite his Hydrapple being the only one that he Terastralizes
Also Briar mentions that she saw another awakened Terapagos and has a book in the making telling the experiences with that one. So, my hypothesis that Pokémon Horizons and the game are more connected that the old pokémon anime. It seems as if Pokémon Horizons occurs after the games.
The plot thickens! I'm also curious about the existence of more Terapagos - idk, I guess I was under the impression that only one existed (then again; I haven't played SV so I'm lost about what the Terapagos species is). Regardless, that makes Lucius Terapagos that much more special - I mean Gibeon and The Explorers are looking for it specifically, a random wild Terapagos won't cut it. I can't wait to see what happens next. cheers!
Milotic's tera type is an even bigger easter egg that you think. In the games, you fight a Milotic in the same lake, but it was discovered that for some reason in the code it has tera ghost type, even though it never terastilizes in the battle. If this kind of easter eggs repeat, I'll just say that Kieran has a tera normal Dragonite in the code, we might see it here. Edit: also, the lake doesn't show dead people, it was pretty much confirmed in the games that it just shows people from another time, as we can see with the professors. We even see some notes the professors did about that encounter below the area zero. Lucius isn't necessary alive (though I wouldn't deny it right away). Second edit: also, also, Briar mentions that she already knows another Terapagos, which confirms that the anime happens after the indigo disk. The question is: who has the other Terapagos? Is the protagonist going to appear?
6:17-6:27 Nice comparison!😂 I just saw this episode right now, and I loved it. It did an incredible job with Briar's and Perrin's introductions. Plus, I like the shot of Lucius' Kleavor watching from a distance at night and the possible confirmation that Lucius is still alive. Overall, I give this episode a 10/10.
Most likely in the BB and is already champion...but I wonder what story will they give him? Anti-Hero? Villian, or his nicer self? Only time will tell...
My favorite part was when terapagos was running away from briar and hid behind floragato and she protected him, it was very cute. Also, Perrin is perfectly done here - I loved her in the DLC and I’m so glad they nailed it bringing her to the anime
Technically the crystal pool doesn't only let you talk to dead people. It's also able to let you talk to people from different points in time. It's what happens when you take Terapagos there yourself and you get to speak with Professor Sada or Turo from the past
The anime might just want to focus on the dead part of the crystal lake because we know after kleavor they try again and still don’t get Lucius that is who they want to see for answers but they get the lady that travels with Lucius and gibeon in the opening. The lady is most likely dead and hopefully is Roy ancestor and probably doesn’t have all the answers they need since they will have 2 more heroes to go to after this. I have also been saying Lucius is trapped in laqium and immortal all this time like gibeon because seeing Lucius is the only reason the hero Pokémon go with liko if would be disappointed if they don’t see Lucius.
@shadowwizard2383 well whoever they get, it seems more likely with each reveal that Lucius is still alive so maybe that lady they see might know where he is I also have a feeling she was the one who initially owned Terapagos and entrusted it to Lucius
I liked how we saw full on footage of Heath during his travel to area zero, always cool seeing stuff we don't see in the games come to life here in the anime. It was also Really nice seeing all three of the middle stage starters working togther during the begining fight. Might i also just say that quaxwell really is eating it right now. Now he's got water gun, low kick, liquidation, and NOW Air Cutter. Quaxwell's the goat!
i have been watching pokemon horizons since the first episode and i really enjoy watching it and i wanted to say that i love your videos Greetings from Greece!
I hope it comes with the strong and agile stlyes of battling as a nod to Legends Arceus and teaches our heroes in the art of attack mastery! They are going to get OP with that.
Very true, but it's still pretty ridiculous that Quaxwell basically OHKO'd Leafeon in the end. None of his attacks were landing properly until that last Low Kick. What was even the point of learning Air Cutter?
Briar has the design of a villain with the red eyes and the spiky earrings, but in the game she never really becomes one, she just gets too excited about Terapagos for a bit and that leads to an almost disaster with Kieran. If in addition to that, the game's events already happened (as hinted by the fact she has already seen a Terapagos), I doubt they would change that and make her an antagonist for real.
It was an okay episode. I'm still waiting for Kieran though. I thought that maybe he was assisting Briar but nope still not. Though at least, my theory gets more and more confirmed that this happens after the events of Scarlet and Violet. With Briar saying that she saw a Terapagos before, Penny saying she does maintenance for the school/League, which is basically what happens after her hacking is revealed in the games... and I think there was something else but I forgot what.
I wonder what would have to happen for the creators to include Briar in the beach/swimsuit competition episode we'll be seeing, once the crew hits the Terarium's seaside quarter.
Since Lucius is confirmed to still be alive via the Rakurium/Laquium/Eternal Blessing, this could have severe implications for his character, and not all of them are good. If the gas from the Laquium crystal caused Spinel's Umbreon to go berserk in that episode, imagine what an entire land full of the stuff can do to a human. So, my theory is that when Lucius went to The Laqua Paradise, the crystals of The Eternal Blessing caused him to go mad.
@@hereskyubi3333 if the eternal blessing really can keep people alive, I doubt it has any side effects that are detrimental Unless of course, it's a sentient substance and will act based on what the user wants
4:48: I saw something incredibly similar back in the SM anime. Tapu Fini conjured up this peculiar mist that drags people in but allows for them to speak with deceased loved ones. Lillie and Gladion tried to find their father Mohn as they thought he died after getting sucked into an Ultra Wormhole when they were little. But he didn't appear at all, which revealed that he is in fact still alive. It seems they did the same thing here too. Also I never would've guessed the Rakurium grants immortality, and yeah, it's the only logical explanation for a pair of men over 100 to still be alive. This episode was fucking mind-blowing!

Eternal Life . . . like Ho-oh's feather? like the things on the female character in Lucius & Gibeon's party? OMG and... I'm sure, but I think Briar & Perrin sometimes look kinda wierd(?), like some scene I feel like the proportion is not really good(?), but only with them tho. Is it because the animation team who handle those scenes, or just their game design can't properly converted to the anime that has more simple character design
Your theory about Terapagos's connection with the Six Heroes is literally the same one i've had for a while now I think when the Six Heroes all split up, they each took a portion of Terapagos's powers with them, which is likely why it became a pendant in the first place. Meeting Rayquaza must have given Terapagos enough strength to at least somewhat protect Liko from harm which is why it and Rayquaza's poke ball seemed to sync with each other Then obtaining Arboliva and Moltres must have given Terapagos enough strength to return to its active state And this is where things get interesting. With Lapras joining the RVTs, that meant three of the Six Heroes were in their possession, and three out of six meant Terapagos was then able to operate at 50 percent of its full capacity. Its temporary change into its Terastal form is proof of this, which is lilely why Rayquaza took an interest upon witnessing it transform. If that's true, then once the remaining Six Heroes are obtained, all six of them will restore Terapagos to full power and unlock its Stellar Form
I appreciate this comment a lot. now we just need to see if the climax may line up with this theory. by the way have you seen the leaks regarding the Pokémon Anime itself.
@@eljordinio7647 Well, let's just say that leaks provided a hint of the Horizons anime timeline based on how it will end or the story reaching its conclusion. You can say I told you so if you want cause as soon as Horizons end Gen 10 Anime will kick off soon after. Surprisingly Horizons was delayed due to writing restructuring. But overall it was intended to start the same time with S/V games release. I know I gave ShoPro studio and TPC too much credit to believe that they've changed up their branding formula but everything about the Horizon's Anime made it seem possible or convincing.
The lack of the crew finding Lucias at the Crystal Pool tells me he is stuck in Rakua (the hidden paradise). We know that time flows differently there, so it would make sense if he's still alive, stuck in a place where time moves slower. Would also be interesting if Gibeon wanted to return to Rakua to see his old friend again.
Yeah gibeon plans are to ether be immortal without staying in the room full of laqrium or to bring someone he lost back being Lucius because it seems like he only had a family so they could do whatever he asked them to. Also very curious about who he had a kid with or since he seems to be a bit crazy whose DNA did he steal to make his kid which is a test tube baby. We already have man made Pokémon and clones so it wouldn’t be surprising to have someone do the same with humans like superboy from DC.
This is all a fun nod to the goings on from the DLC! When Carmine first takes the player to the Crystal Pool, you fight a Milotic! And of course Briar is just like her game counterpart ^^
Wait I just realized that they're taking notes from Lucario And The Mystery Of Mew and there might be connections related to Horizons and both simultaneously take place a long time ago Plus I wouldn't be surprised if Lucius and Terapagos met Sir Aaron and His Lucario along the way. I'm surprised that Movie is starting to hit a lot more differently than we realized.
Horizons is UNMACHTED in it's potential to set up secrets and mysteries soo well, you can create even outside of the games theories and speculation that makes me really happy. Btw I loved how they dealt with Milotic, we in the games just beat it, here they befriend it...maybe they should have met Kieran back then, maybe things would have turned out diffrently... Also I found it super funny as a meta-joke that Terapagos wants to avoid Briar, given how her obsession made one of it's kind in the games go beserk, especially with the way she encouraged Kieran's worst impulses. Floragato was a real gem defending Terapagos from Briar. She is the most loyal and protactive cat ever, give her another evolution and Tera Stellar, then she would rock worlds!!! Also I really like how Liko can empathize with others that well. She really understood Briar really well as someone who wants to solve some mystery her ancestors left her with, and Briar can now be happy to have found a kindred spirit in her, I just hope that Briar doesn't have any stupid ideas with Terapagos...that would be highly dangerous, like in the games. Back to Liko: She is really good at understand Pokémon and Humans like that, she could almost be a new Pokémon Whisperer in the making, maybe even the best friend of Pokémon...or a Pokémon Master. So much potential is there for Liko, and I hope Horizons will also continue her story, once Laqua has been reach and the explorers defeated. Horizons for the future!!!
Them finding out lucius is still alive when he doesn't appear in a place you can see dead people is like when Lillie and Gladion figured out Mohn isn't dead since he didn't appear in Tapu fini's mist.
@@Jakesterpop1so same effect you see the dead here and since we know from the preview even when they try again after kleavor, they still don’t get Lucius they get the lady that is most likely dead because she hasn’t been breathing in laqium like Lucius and gibeon who we see did travel with in the past because of the opening. Also hope she is Roy ancestor since liko got Lucius and amethio got gibeon and it fuels my theory on bloodlines are why they pendant and Pokémon reacted then and not before with their grandparents. So, Briar has already met a Terapagos, which implies that Horizons does indeed take place after the games. Okay. Lucius didn't appear at the Crystal Pool because he is actually still alive, just like Gibeon. Cool. But do you know what was the biggest bombshell in this episode? Quaxwell OHKO'd Leafeon with a Low Kick. Seriously. It was a cool battle and all, but COME ON. Learning Air Cutter turned out to be basically pointless. Plus, Leafeon has insane Defense and it is not even a heavy Pokémon! Perrin wasn't kidding when she said that she is not very strong. Maybe her Leafeon is a freshly evolved baby or something.
I just cant belive that Lucias is still alive. Kind of reminds ne of Red in the Johto games where he hasnr been seen in years, similar thing to Lucias. You know?
No not somehow we know gibeon is over 100 years old and has been breathing in laqium for who knows how long well we know Lucius when to laqium and has most likely been trapped inside all this time. Like we know that Lucius traveled with gibeon and a lady in the opening and that they try again after terapagos gets stronger with them getting kleavor and they still don’t get Lucius they get the lady. So she probably left the group early most likely to have a kid she seems to be holding, I really hope she is Roy ancestor since liko has Lucius and amethio has gibeon.
Some are saying it's likely the resonance with Terrapagos and the Crystal Pool isn't strong enough and finding Kleavor would boost the effect and likely be able to speak to Lucius and if that still doesn't work it may confirm he too is still alive and trapped somewhere in Rakura while Gibeon has Rakurium in his possession. If Gibeon had that to begin then what does it mean for Spinel and Chalce to have learned about it?

Hey. I just wanted to share a theory I came up with during the episodes at Glasiado Mountain. As many people remembered (Me due to how scary it was for me), Spinel used the Rakuium to power up his Umbreon, but it drove the Pokemon violent. Gibeon also mentioned in the next episode after seeing the video of Amethio helping Liko that "He was following in his father's footsteps" and fired Amethio. The theory I developed is that Amethio's father knew about the dangers of the Rakuium and didn't want to harm any more Pokemon, but Gibeon didn't like that, so he fired Amethio's father for disobeying him. Maybe the Rakuium keeps whoever's using it alive, but at the cost of their own sanity. The only reason why Lucius and Gibeon aren't affected is because their minds got used to the effects. Of course, this is my own theory (And I don't want any "But hey. That's just a theory. A GAME THEORY!!!" in the comments please).
I just wanted to say, i do believe Lucius is still alive in someway, but that doesn't confirm Lucius is dead or not, the Crystal Pool won't just show you dead people, you can talk to anyone from the past or future as long you have Terapagos, i theorize that Lucius didn't appear because Terapagos doesn't have enough power to summon him. PS: The same happened in the games, Terapagos summoned Professor Sada or Turo in the Crystal Pool.
That's how I thought it, too. I remembered how the interaction with the Professor was explained as being the professor from another time period/timeline, not that we were conversing with a spirit. Yes, there's a possibility of Lucius being alive like Gibeon, but this scene doesn't necessarily confirm that.
Crocalor really has the most rizz out of all the starters in the entire anime! He (in Roy's body) made that little girl crush on him and now, with Milotic, he singed his way to victory! 💕🎶
What about Quaxwell? It is a popular Pokétuber's ace and manages to attract a bunch of female Pig Pokémon who were under the influence of Oinkologne's special body odor that is alluring to female Pokémon?
None of the characters aged during Ash's era. At least, not after their first appearance on-screen. Logically, Ash should have been in his early teens by the time he met Dawn and even older when he met his next traveling companions, but I guess the executives didn't like the idea of a teenager constantly making friends with a new ten-year-old girl in every new place he went. And naturally, Brock should have been 20 or something by the time he stopped traveling with Ash after Sinnoh.
He wandered the world a century ago while LA took place 5 decades before that. At best he met them as old adults, but I am not sure how the anime scales to that timeframe...maybe they are all around the saem age at the same time...I love Horizons for making me speculate about it, it's so fun!
Great recap of this latest episode of Pokémon horizons the theory of Lucius could be a alive even after 100 years and is possibly linked to the rakurium given the exile of immortality feels similar with Nicolas Flanmel and the Philosopher’s Stone in Harry Potter thanks Pokeferlax for sharing this and looking forward to seeing more in your next video 👍❤️🦊❄️
@@wikiuser92Well with the eternal blessing, he could very well be alive, but I highly doubt that he will make it to the end, I feel like it would add more tragedy of him being found dead and all of our heroes crying seeing his remains...that would be the best visual depiction for an anime showing us the dead of a beloved character ever.
The whole concept of Rakurium granting eternal life - if that turns out to be true, then I feel like that'll 100% tie into Kalos, with the ultimate weapon also being geared to grant eternal life. Think we can definitely see this tie together in Legends ZA once that rolls around, and see if the two concepts link together in some way
At least horizons know which region it’s supposed to be in. Unlike a certain mixed series we all know. (Glares at journeys) I’m looking at you journeys! 😤also amazing video! 👍🤩
You have many great takes... but I have to push back on one of them. In no way, shape, or form should Perrin EVER be compared to Trip. Todd and Tracey (though the latter is not a photographer, but a sketch artist) are much better comparisons, since they share the same type of obsession with researching Pokemon by capturing them in media formats, and the same generally good nature.
Well to be fair in the games at the pools terapagos doesnt bring back someone dead from the past but someone dead from another dimension so that could also be an explanation.
@eljordinio7647 no no its straight up an alternate timeline. An italian theorist youtuber named cydonia did explain that the paradox are from alternate timelines. Apperantly it was already said in the base game in the japanese version but they misstranslated probably because they didnt know. The dlc confirms it somewhere but i dont remember. He points that professor mention arven being lonely and never meeting the leggendary bike yet but if you go back to the notes left in area zero by him its mentioned that the leggendary bike shows up before arven is born. Also he gives his version book wich is signed by him and the one in our timeline uses that to activate the time machine and it cant be a different one because he says he had it since he was a kid.
@alessandroreyes3827 it's still from the past cos they both acknowledge Arwen and the research they were working on. They have no clue about what happens later with the time machine cos for them, it never happened yet

His name does have the -eon suffix at the end, doesn’t it? 😅 Though he’s named after a meteorite-they’re all named after rocks.
@@N.EO-Quartz if that's the case he would be a rock type evolution 😂🤣😂🤣
@@Spinel_Virgo about time she started getting out more. And now they finally have a lead on one of the remaining Six Heroes
Idk if anybody noticed it, but when Friede asked Briar if she's seen a Terapagos before Liko's, she said that she HAS seen one indeed
Which means Horizons takes place after the Indigo Disk DLC...
@@mohammadnazriabdsamad8286 this is make sense... even Ethan & Lyra too, Lyra meet Ash & co, then Ash did a pokemon battle with Ethan in the movie, because Gen 2 lets both protags coexist
and this is why we never see Unova, Alola & Galar protagonists in anime
‘So you’ve seen a Terapagos before?’
‘Yes. An awakened specimen similar to this one, at that. I’m in the process of compiling my research up to this point into a book.’
The anime officially takes place after the events of both Scarlet/Violet AND the dlc!
Also I really hope that he appears too, I mean if Liko ever reaches her full potential and has a Meowscarada, then Kieran and his Incineroar should be the awesome rivals to one another! fun fact : in the dlc 1 of pokemon scarlet and violet, they planned that the milotic you battled in the cristal pool should have terrastalized into a ghost type but didn't do it at last
Yes, that's really cool!
Really good usage of episodes, that doesn't seem plot related at first sign
And I guess that the reason nothing happened at Crystal Pool with Terapagos is that it's not strong enough, so they will return after getting Kleavor.
Do u think roy will have koriadon and dot miraidon
It's literally perfect
Perhaps Florian/Juliana might be in the show and have the legendary.
0:59 this is more than a nod in the game the Milotic you fight is actually programmed to be a ghost type but is never shown so the anime actually tells us something the games don’t
Fun fact Kieran’s Dragonite is also programmed to be normal Tera despite his Hydrapple being the only one that he Terastralizes
Milotic is poison and water type pokemon

Does pokemon horizons have a license to drop so many bombshells?
I hope so because otherwise I'm calling Officer Jenny 🚨
Also Briar mentions that she saw another awakened Terapagos and has a book in the making telling the experiences with that one. So, my hypothesis that Pokémon Horizons and the game are more connected that the old pokémon anime. It seems as if Pokémon Horizons occurs after the games.
Nice video! I really enjoy hearing your thoughts on the episodes.
Ayyyy thanks a lot my friend, that makes me happy 😁
I love Hz so much, the setup Hz does is amazing
Me too
The plot thickens!
6:17-6:27 Nice comparison!😂
I just saw this episode right now, and I loved it. It did an incredible job with Briar's and Perrin's introductions. Plus, I like the shot of Lucius' Kleavor watching from a distance at night and the possible confirmation that Lucius is still alive. Overall, I give this episode a 10/10.

Oh I thought he was not kid friendly
Maybe lucius is still on that island with the rakuerium
My favorite part was when terapagos was running away from briar and hid behind floragato and she protected him, it was very cute. Also, Perrin is perfectly done here - I loved her in the DLC and I’m so glad they nailed it bringing her to the anime
Technically the crystal pool doesn't only let you talk to dead people. It's also able to let you talk to people from different points in time. It's what happens when you take Terapagos there yourself and you get to speak with Professor Sada or Turo from the past
The professor is not from the past, it’s from an alternate reality.
@ChrisPTY507 it's still a different point in time isn't it
The anime might just want to focus on the dead part of the crystal lake because we know after kleavor they try again and still don’t get Lucius that is who they want to see for answers but they get the lady that travels with Lucius and gibeon in the opening.
@shadowwizard2383 well whoever they get, it seems more likely with each reveal that Lucius is still alive so maybe that lady they see might know where he is
I also have a feeling she was the one who initially owned Terapagos and entrusted it to Lucius
@@ChrisPTY507No, that professor is from our timeline, there are notes in the area zero that talk about their encounter with the player at the lake.

I hope it comes with the strong and agile stlyes of battling as a nod to Legends Arceus and teaches our heroes in the art of attack mastery! They are going to get OP with that.
That battle of Quaxwell vs Leafeon is probably the coolest Quaxwell has ever looked in a battle
Very true, but it's still pretty ridiculous that Quaxwell basically OHKO'd Leafeon in the end. None of his attacks were landing properly until that last Low Kick. What was even the point of learning Air Cutter?
1:00 fun fact, in the game when you fight the milotic at the crystal pool in the teal mask, it actually has a ghost tera type but just never uses it.
Yooooo that’s so cool! 👻
I know there s another famous anime character who s also a 100 years old and fought a man with blue hair
Bro officially forgot his channel's password 🤦

So new rising volt tackers member who join the crew and than amethio is next
@@leviristich5211 He might join. And Zirc and Onia would follow. We'll see.
@@hereskyubi3333 if the eternal blessing really can keep people alive, I doubt it has any side effects that are detrimental
Unless of course, it's a sentient substance and will act based on what the user wants
0:05 Daym what got Liko so angry her eyebrows thickened

OMG
and... I'm sure, but I think Briar & Perrin sometimes look kinda wierd(?), like some scene I feel like the proportion is not really good(?), but only with them tho. Is it because the animation team who handle those scenes, or just their game design can't properly converted to the anime that has more simple character design
0:58 this is also its teratype in the games
Your theory about Terapagos's connection with the Six Heroes is literally the same one i've had for a while now
I think when the Six Heroes all split up, they each took a portion of Terapagos's powers with them, which is likely why it became a pendant in the first place. Meeting Rayquaza must have given Terapagos enough strength to at least somewhat protect Liko from harm which is why it and Rayquaza's poke ball seemed to sync with each other
Then obtaining Arboliva and Moltres must have given Terapagos enough strength to return to its active state
And this is where things get interesting.
Remember stellar form also requires it to have be in vicinity of tera crystals/ orbs
@manmeesarma2413 something that the RVTs all have now
I appreciate this comment a lot. now we just need to see if the climax may line up with this theory. by the way have you seen the leaks regarding the Pokémon Anime itself.
@SpikeThePorcupine23 I think it will, and no I haven't, why what's on said leaks?

SO KITIAME IS COMING TOO
This is all a fun nod to the goings on from the DLC!
Terapagos will beat the crystal again
You don’t even think that Lucius and Terapagos went to the castle that Lady Rin passed away, right?

@@kathkali3179 No worries at all, I don't take any offense! 😁 I have a strong accent and a low voice so it's definitely hard to understand me at times, especially for worldwide folks who aren't British. I'll do my best to make sure all future videos have subtitles!
Best episode to introduce Briar and Perrin. Nice references in games.
They were both portrayed so perfectly!

Both gohan and amethio are opposites in same way

Maybe the eternal blessing is why ash was 10 for 26 years
My new headcannon
None of the characters aged during Ash's era. At least, not after their first appearance on-screen. Logically, Ash should have been in his early teens by the time he met Dawn and even older when he met his next traveling companions, but I guess the executives didn't like the idea of a teenager constantly making friends with a new ten-year-old girl in every new place he went. And naturally, Brock should have been 20 or something by the time he stopped traveling with Ash after Sinnoh.
Now I wonder if Heath might get a I'm alive reveal as well
Wonder if Lucius ever met Adaman and the PLA characters in Hisui when got his Kleavor
He wandered the world a century ago while LA took place 5 decades before that. At best he met them as old adults, but I am not sure how the anime scales to that timeframe...maybe they are all around the saem age at the same time...I love Horizons for making me speculate about it, it's so fun!
This is a jojo reference for sure
Great recap of this latest episode of Pokémon horizons the theory of Lucius could be a alive even after 100 years and is possibly linked to the rakurium given the exile of immortality feels similar with Nicolas Flanmel and the Philosopher’s Stone in Harry Potter thanks Pokeferlax for sharing this and looking forward to seeing more in your next video 👍❤️🦊❄️
roy should have caught that milotic.
They probably don’t have pokeballs
The special preview we got for this arc contains a shot that could easily devalue your idea about Lucius not being dead.
Lucius and gibeon are rivals
@leviristich5211 I know.
It is confirmed that horizons took place after the games

Hey @Pokeferlax do you think Liko, Roy, & Dot will catch their third Pokémon after the episodes of Klevaor cause it’s about time ✨✨
The whole concept of Rakurium granting eternal life - if that turns out to be true, then I feel like that'll 100% tie into Kalos, with the ultimate weapon also being geared to grant eternal life. Think we can definitely see this tie together in Legends ZA once that rolls around, and see if the two concepts link together in some way
Nice video
It was perfect viedo

You have many great takes... but I have to push back on one of them. In no way, shape, or form should Perrin EVER be compared to Trip. Todd and Tracey (though the latter is not a photographer, but a sketch artist) are much better comparisons, since they share the same type of obsession with researching Pokemon by capturing them in media formats, and the same generally good nature.
Perrin and trip are same person
@@leviristich5211 In a world where north and south are the same direction, sure.
Good video
Well to be fair in the games at the pools terapagos doesnt bring back someone dead from the past but someone dead from another dimension so that could also be an explanation.
@@alessandroreyes3827 technically it brings back someone from a different point in time and that includes the past so to speak
@@eljordinio7647 yeah but like i said the order of event is different so its a different timeline.
@alessandroreyes3827 different or not it's still before the time machine was built, ergo it's in the past regardless of what timeline it's in
Liko is an ambitious female character, Bro, I thought Lucius was gone, but he's still alive
