Capitalism is the kindest system where the exchange of money for time freely given. Use the money (capital) you save to start a business and on and on. Perfect, the only thing needed is freedom.
Capitalism results in what Marx called immiseration, in which productuve property is stripped from the working class to make up for the tendency of the rate of profit to decline. This is what produces Communism.
Lets not act like theres some people out there with way too much money which leads to too much power and influence and exploitation of the working class

Capitalism, Socialism, or Communisms, with the wrong leaders in place can all be abused. This man is very intellectual. To call his comments stupid and mention blind love about someone speaks volumes of you and your motives as a person. Regardless of how intelligent I think he is, I don't know him personally to say that I love him. But he seems calculated in his decision making process which is needed when making tough decision.

Capitalism isn't for the faint at heart. If you wait around for the government to give you $15 an hour, you might not be on the road to success. Within each of us, there lies the unique talents to be successful in life. But it is up to the individual to discover their uniqueness and perfect their craft. It takes perseverance. It takes initiative. Setbacks have to be viewed as progress towards the goal. You got to get in the game. You have to stay in the game. And you will eventually have to up your game. Those who embrace socialism seek the path of least resistance in life. Instead of signing on to the concept of delayed gratification and hard work, they seek to partake of the fruit from the low-hanging branches.
@@jerrscott6373 you really do not know what socialism is, and it's ok, lots of people are fed a highly altered version of socialism and communism by TV, books, newspapers etc.
I suggest you read the communist manifesto, it's smaller than lots of pamphlets. Communism provides a proper ground for people to innovate, be successful, pursue thier work with love etc.
In capitalism, at the first step, people are born unequally, it gives children born in Richer families advantages at every step of thier life till the end of college, in a world where small advantages make huge difference, that's very very unfair.
Infact it's in the name of the system, capital, people with more capital will always have much higher advantage everywhere.
In communism, people are taught to work from an early age, instead of forcing people to do so in capitalism, people are meant to take initiatives themselves.

You don't just go with what works practically. That indicates that we should start experimenting from square one.
We should look at the past and see what worked in the past. And adapt that to the present and learn from what was already experimented in the past, so that we don't have to do it now all over again.

I rewatched this afer being much more closed minded 2 years ago, and what he said has nothing wrong with it if you're looking at it objectively.
He pointed out that instead of having a black and white mentality, trying to filter the world through ideology, implement socialistic or market based initiatives, and if it works, then it jusy freaking works, no need to debunk it by filtering it through how your intellectual theory might find fault with it.
This is a very balanced and practical, NOT idealistic approach (unlike most socialists/commies or capitalists, who by definition filter the world throug their IDEALogy, not necessarily what's actually happening and is effective through measured preformance)
Dialectal materialism is about tangible real world conditions -- not just "ideas". Just thought you should know that...
