I say yes as they have no freedom, it just depends the crime i think as they can still endanger people.. but having a phone and no freedom is alot to deal with for the mental.. but i aint 1 to push for this.. its just a oppinion its for allah to decide not me 😇

Prisoners can and do use phones to organise yet more crimes, and to intimidate witnesses. So it is a no brainer to say no: no mobiles phones in prison.
