Kunimi was scared of speed. It must be terrifying to see your worst fear come true. Along to the pain that kindaichi obviously went trough with the accident. But i love the fact that there is a parallel between them calling while both of them do what the other is most scared of.
I was in a car crash not too long ago as well but now seeing Kindaichi (and Hayato in the other video) reminds me of it (Love the video you're amazing💖)

Kindaichi was standing on a red light. The other person lost control on the crossroads and hit him (no one went on red - well technically the other went on yellow)
