Igbos have risen from the relics of the unfortunate civil war in 1967 to build one of the most developed towns and villages in Africa through hardwork and resilience without government assistance! My Igbo brothers 'Uzoemene '
Igbo villages especially in anambra state are like miami city of USA. You have beautiful houses and mansions, good roads and electricity. Then with green vegetations and nature. It is a paradise. This is a region that was destroyed by europeans and nigerians during biafran genocides against humanity in 1967. Today it is the best region in nigeria and africa.
@@ifeanyiokoye196 Lolz.... Do you want to come and build one for me?..... Well, I am from Oyibo village in Ugbo, Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State.
This is a "Village" in Anambra State. This land of timbre and calibre. It's called and written Enugwu Agidi and not Enugu.... I didn't see the aerial view of my Irukalita Hamlet - I mean Rev Ifeanyichukwu Nwabufo street.
Again I will continue to reiterate that we need proper town planning in Igboland....every graduate from each village in Igboland should meet with their Igwe and introduce town planning to them...our villages are beautiful with all these structure but nobody thinks about the navigation when building....i will cite an example in 06:23 - 06:37....the road on the right there cannot be accessed by 2 cars simultaneously which make it only conducive for one car at a time, 2 bikes and 2 tricycles....we need to understand these thing before building...if the government tomorrow were to construct the road I can assure you that houses are going down....we can actually make our villages look like Pretoria in South Africa if we take urban planning serious
We have to preserve our villages at least for retirement and old age world. We cant develop it like big cities please. That was the plan and advice from zik to igbo politicians during the second republic on rural development programme.
@@ifeanyiokoye196 I understand the need to preserve but not making a mess and hardly is there any village in Igboland....its fast upgrading and with such fast growth require urgent town planning....besides there will be no village in Igboland in the next 50years
@@DarlingtonIyke A mess, like a chaotic symphony. A chaos, that might prevent invaders from settling in. Don't forget is a jungle out there. Although, we critically need adaptable infrastructures that are peculiar to our situation.
You are absolutely spot on. The villages must collaborate with the ministry of land and town planning to map out all land- residential and commercial areas.
