    Will the mashmallow glue melt at room temperature?

      No, the cake will pretty much stay the way they are after you stick them together. The marshmallow glue is not going to solidify or melt. If you are asking just the glue by itself, I never leave it out or leave in the fridge by itself. I always just make it for this purpose then discard the extra. 😁

      Hello, if you want to make the cake only, it will take 5 eggs, so you can use the 5 eggs recipe above. If you want to make the roses as well, then you will need 7 eggs:
      • 7 Eggs
      • 75g Lychee syrup from the can
      • 65g Veg. Oil
      • ¼ cup Edible rose petals (optional)
      • 70g Lychee puree
      • 1-1/2 tsp Rose extract
      • 115g Cake flour
      • 70g Sugar
      • 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice/vinegar

    If I want to make a sheet cake do I just multiply the batch? Would baking time be different?

      You can pretty much make any cake flavor you see into a sheet cake! Use this as a general guide to multiply the ingredients accordingly:
      1) 11"x11" pan = 4 eggs; 320F (160C) for 25 minutes.
      2) 12"x12" or 11"x13" = 5 eggs; 320F (160C) for 30 minutes.
      3) 15"x11" = 6 eggs; 320F (160C) for 30 minutes.

      ​@@The_Yer You're welcome! Answer is no. Cupcake's baking time and temp will be different:
      - 265F (130C) for 35 minutes, then increase temperature to 285F (140C) for 10 minutes.
      Cupcakes are smaller but we still need a long baking time so they won't collapse. Therefore temp will be lower.
