Tutorial #7 | Cashmere Cat/Lido Vocal Pads
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 вер 2024
- Hey everyone, here's my new tutorial video on making vocal pads like in some of Lido's & Cashmere Cat's songs
.
This type of sound can be heard in songs like "love incredible" & "plz don't go" by Cashmere Cat and in songs like "the lonely slowly loves" & "liar" by Lido.
I recommend trying to experiment with different vowels, voices, different notes and formant shifting - for some arrangements different singers & an octave lower or above might produce a more pleasant timbre that could fit your song better.
If there's a subject/sound you want me to cover in one of my future tutorials let me know in the comments below ;)
Enjoy!

Thanks man, happy you're enjoying these videos ;)
Could you enable your dropdown menus? Currently, you’re just kinda clicking without showing us what you choose, and it’s getting confusing. Apart from that, great tutorial.
Yeah I'm not sure why the video recorder chooses to ignore these, but I'll try searching for a fix till the next tutorial, thank you!
Thank you for making these videos. I expect your channel will be growing significantly!
No problem, happy you're enjoying the vids!

I'm currently not planning on uploading flps/presets so I can use these in a preset/sample pack I'll make in the future.

Sharpend where did you get the G1 vocal sample?
It's a friend of mine, I asked her to sing all the notes she can so I can make a choir out of her voice.
