If I had a prosthetic arm, I would go to random furry conventions in a full body protogen fursuit. And I would just randomly detach my entire arm, and people would freak out and think I was a real protogen.

Right now im a small kid XD, I definitely cannot afford this right now, perhaps in the future i will order one of these amazing suits, I really love how it looks, but i I don't want to hurt my parents money. Although, this will be a dream for me to join the fandom and get a fursuit and vrchat and things like that, I can't wait for the future, It's a nice opportunity to see such a nice suit 😢 I am a young kid but i can still understand how much work a costume like this is.

I have a question are fursuit makers able to make fur suits for ages 15? I’m just curious
It depends on the maker. Many don't accept commissions or other expensive purchases from minors as there's the risk that they're using the parent's credit card etc, in which case the buyer (being a child) wouldn't be liable if there was a chargeback or something similar, as fursuits are not only expensive to buy but expensive to make. There are other issues too, like minors not being as responsible and not providing proper communication or generally being a pain to work with (I say this as a minor)
For sizes, As long as you stop growing at the age of 15 especially for bodysuits.
For commissions: An adult can buy a fursuit for a minor. I don’t think there are many makers who take requests DIRECTLY from minors
Partials that don’t need measuring (head, tail, maybe paws), ofc you can get. as long as a parent/guardian over 18 is paying for it and proving their identity/age.
Full suits, nonono. You gotta be 18+ and stop growing.
