§31 USC 5103: Legal tender
United States coins and currency (including Federal reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues. Foreign gold or silver coins are not legal tender for debts.
That being said the store does have a right to refuse service to anyone. However, its still shitty that someone who is obviously struggling, just trying to purchase medication would be denied service because the form in which their legal tender is presented. To expect someone to have to go to a bank and exchange coins for bills simply because the cashier doesn't want to take them is poor customer service. I think this customer had a right to be upset that they would deny service for this, even if they have a right to deny service, and Walmart Corp should know they are turning away business and its reflected negatively on them as a result.

Under the law, at least in Tennessee, vehicles can be defended just like your home, and if you tell someone to leave and they won't, the physical force required to remove them is perfectly legal, so you would absolutely NOT end up in jail.

He's in the drivers car....so wouldn't that count as being the drivers place of business, meaning he can record if he needs to?
By law your vehicle counts as being within the owners property so he is technically trespassing and filming him illegally on his own property

No, he had the right of way because he was downhill. The skier in front can't always look behind them to see who is coming up on them, but the skier behind can see everything. Plus, you have to turn when you ski or you will get going uncontrollably fast. This is well known to people who ski a lot.
That being said, it is a dick move to go end to end all the time when you turn and not leave any space for people to pass, IMO.
Still, if I had come up to that guy and run into him from behind, I would be apologizing for sure. People get really hurt that way.
