The easiest and most affordable carbs are vege and some berries.🤓🤓 I keep it really simple and it works out to be cheaper than a standard American diet.
Fatty meats, butter, vege and some fruit... Sooo delicious and I've maintained 26lbs fat loss 😔🤓😍
we got burns night coming up in uk we eat haggis which is sheep's innards and oats so my carb intake be a bit higher just wont eat as much and also its traditional to drink whisky other than that as a disabled person ive stopped eating microwave meals eat mostly low carb stuff my ezcma has gone

Been buying grassfed and organic eggs from different stores and have pictures comparing yolk size and color. Big difference over 15 brands. I spoke to the owner of the best, a tiny farm in Marin. He sold it to a factory egg farm still using his logo and story.

What I especially love about shopping at sprouts is their clearance deals.....Those same coffee bombs I got for 99 cents at my local sprouts...keto mylk and salad to go also 99 cents

You can find Kinders BBQ sauce at Walmart.
Erythritol doesn’t cause me any gastrointestinal distress whatsoever. Allulose does however (and I don’t like the taste as much). I still use allulose at times and won’t avoid a product that I would otherwise eat because of it, but I have no problem whatsoever with erythritol. So everybody’s different.

my issue with sprouts is items that I find there I can find at other stores for less than half the price... They have great items but they over charge everything
Exactly! Not the best place for purchasing when you r in a pandemic, though i usually go, read the ingredients and see the products i like and make a list then leave and buy them from places that sell them for cheap😂😂 always feels like im doin smth illegal
I find they have good sale prices. I rarely buy the products when they aren't on sale. Mostly, I end up getting Zevia, eggs, avocados and other produce there.

These videos are so valuable to us. I had no idea Sprouts had the Keto tags and so many Keto items. I primarily shop at Publix but that don't have any of these things. Thanks for the info!

I just tried to Good Livin BAR (chocolate peanut butter) I tried to avoid peanuts but I couldn’t resist, that bar was DELISH
The carbs in that BBQ sauce are the allulose, they get listed as carbs since it's not a sugar alcohol

interesting video not just to see what keto foods but diff shops in usa , im finding more and more supermarkets do low carb foods , we have an online shop low carb uk many products in supermarkets , also whats strange for me is other american channels who eat beef patties , either get them frozen or from a fast food place , here in uk we can get fresh quarterpounders in meet area even our low price german supermarkets in uk have large fridges full fresh meat and fish we cant get the egg warps ive tried
Keto milk is amazing. But they stopped carrying it at the San Diego area stores. I still found it online on Amazon though.

I have a question. I've only been doing keto for 6 days. And I'm already at 4.1 mmol. Using keto MOJO gk+ to test. I have been pretty strict on the carbs only 10 to 15 a day but I have not been super heavy on the fats. Maybe 50 to 60% fats. I seem to have gotten really high really fast with the keytones is it somthing I should be worried about? I'm feeling pretty decent so far

In the Kinder's BBQ sauce... The carb count is much lower... Didn't subtract the allulose which since it doesn't have to be in the FDA listing it's not listed in the macros but it's somewhere on the label or even worse might have to find it on the website... Some of these companies are so dumb, they market things as keto but do not show all the numbers to get to the net carbs! 🤷🏻♂️

I don't buy all that stuff that's labeled "Keto", because it usually isn't. Lots of deceptive marketing out there. And I’ve lost 150lbs on Keto. From 321lbs to 170lbs with Hashimoto’s Disease, Hemochromatosis, Epstein-Barr Virus and all. It took me 2 years to lose the weight. I’m maintaining it for one year now - total of 3 years being Keto. I make all my foods from scratch.

Damn, the US has so many cool keto products, EU is a pain in the ass. You even have products with allulose, I can't even buy allulose here if I wanted to, unless I pay a billion bucks for import+tax.
Thomas, Thomas , Thomas.....You're a Chevy guy so I would bet the intake manifold will be plastic and that would NOT be a good thing to cook on. Way too many toxic substances involved with hot plastic, but you knew that. :) I use the exhaust manifold or turbo when operating heavy equipment. True story.

I just started taking Alive men’s multivitamin…I took half a pill just to see what it’s like and I felt fine but part of my back hurt I dropped my phone and felt that pain it doesn’t hurt it’s more like annoying idk if I should keep taking it or not
