Garlic Curing

To properly cure garlic in the field we use a system called “windrowing”. In windrowing we allow our freshly harvested bulbs to dry out under the warm California sun, while covered by their own stems to protect from any sunburn. Once properly cured, the garlic can then come home to Christopher Ranch. #gogarlic #christopherranch #garlic #harvest #ag #agriculture
