This will be epic for you guys. I know you'll do great things with it. As far as different versions and setting yourself apart from hot toys. I think sound would be a major bonus. Any added accessories. If the canopy could open and close by itself. Good luck with it... I hope to pre-order this in the future.
I’m waiting for an announcement for the Arkham knight Batmobile. That would be probably the most challenging one but I know it’s coming since Joost has done or is in the process of doing almost all the live action Batmobiles.
I’m on board. I will add it to my other preorders. Joost, you and your team are great. Keep up the great work and I’m glad WB gave you the licensing!!!
I love your level of detail and commitment to these things. I am a huge fan of these franchises, and I consider myself a very good internet researcher and nitpicker, and would love to contribute, but I'm no expert on any of these vehicles, and I'd by far rather leave the detail 'nitpicking' to those who have studied this thing for years and know all there is to know than to accidentally mis-identify a replica car and cloud up the discussion. So I leave it in the capable hands of you and the awesome fans who love your work, and maybe when the time comes, if I am able to pick this up, I know it will be as perfect as is possible. Thanks for your commitment.
amazing, because of space my collection is on 1/12 scale (mafex, figuart, mezco) but if it were produced on that scale I will get it for sure 89 batman is special for me
Hot Toys just announced a reissue of their '89 Batmobile. I was about to preorder and then thanks to comments on their facebook page of all places, I found out about your version. All I can say is wow. This is going to be epic. The next best thing to owning a full-sized replica. On the question of die-cast vs plastic, die-cast would be nice, but I would prefer plastic as that's truer to the fiberglass body of the actual car. I realize it's supposed to be a metal body in-universe, but plastic would be more authentic to it in a replication sense.
I bought the first release of the hottoys batmobile, I paid £375 back then, now I'm not knocking jaz, but looking back at there star wars land Speeder the weathering was awful, almost child like, now I'm guessing things have moved on, I will be purchasing the hottoys rerelease version again as I sold mine 6 months back, I was very happy with the first version and it looks spectacular. Looking forward to a review of the two side by side. Keep up the good work jaz, the batwing is a master piece tho.... Wow!
Cant wait for this, I Definitely want lights in the interior and rear jet engine. All the carefully done upgraded details should add up nicely. Sound and power up thru usb would be amazing also.
Metal parts please monsignor Joost...especially the jet exhaust etc. FILM VERSION LOL...Where is the 89' original car??? The reference photos surely...and don't call me Shirley
I think some diecast pieces would be good however making the whole car diecast would increase the weight making it more difficult for collectors to display (glass shelves, etc), increase the cost of shipping (some are being sent half way around the world) I paid close to $1000 AUD for the 66 on top of the price of the car for shipping, local taxes and import fees. I just dont think its worth it. The sand speeder is great but everyone I speak to says its way too heavy.
Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. I've got the original HT version, which I'll probably hang on to. Just watched a Livestream with a very opinionated UA-camr slagging off Jazzinc, in comparing this with the upcoming Hot Toys 89 Batmobile re-release. Was very disappointing to watch such a one-sided diatribe. I thank Jazzinc for giving us collectors choice and finally providing some competition to Hot Toys. 👍
Is there a chance that the jet turbine In the front of the Batmobile rotates with sound effects?? That will be awesome. Will there be smoke effects for the back of Batmobile? I’m pretty sure that your 1989 Batmobile model is going to be extremely accurate!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
Definitely stick to the 89' paint scheme......brushed nickle nose, blackened brass rims and color shifting paint .......way classier than the gloss black "everywhere " returns version...... Really hope you do this and batwing in 1/12th scale.......love your efforts wish I could afford the 1/6 Batwing .....Still hope to get the 1/12th justice mobile 😢
PLEASE tell me that you will be making this in 1/12 scale??? This looks nice & all but I'm more of a 1/12 scale collector and I continuously say that if Jazz Inc made every Cinematic Batmobile in 1/12 scale that I would immediately purchase them. I already have the BvS Batmobile with the Justice League Kit & Diorama. Really, REALLY hoping you guys can make my dreams come true and make this a reality in 1/12 scale.
Joost said last summer that the 1/12 will get one final shot at putting our money where our mouth is. The numbers just need to be there for the projects.. I would love it too, but with the McFarlane apparantly 'leaking' the batmobile for flash / batwing for flash for the 1:10 / 1:12 scale it's quite difficult to top. The majority of people will probably go for the cheaper version instead of a Jazzinc version. Here's another cry from me personally, to also make this (and maybe 2022 batmobile too) in 1/12 scale. Love my Bvs one.
Unfortunately they refuse to do 1/12 scaled items...even though they did a BVS version in 1/12 (???). I purchased 2 of those by the way. I'd purchase more 1/12 as well but they are only sticking with 1/6 market.
Let's forget the Hot Toys's Batmobile it's totally inaccurate. The Hot Wheels is not bad ,the canopy is bit big. The best Batmobile definitely the cinemaquette one.I hope this helps
I like to have the choice of the black rims and a shinier look like the Batman returns batmobile i got the hot toys batmobile but if joots you give us a choice of the 89 or 92 batmobile i will buy it for sure love your work i got the 66 batmobile and love it so much very happy
one thing I've been meaning to ask, first I love your work and cant wait to see what you guys release, second batman 89 and returns is what made me a batman fan. One thing i would love to see is the ability to convert it to the Bat-missile. is that something you've considered?
@@JazzIncdioramas I ask because in returns it is supposed to be the same vehicle and hot toys gave accessories from returns but didn't have that one thing. With the Snyder batmobile you made you made a set to make it convert from BVS to Justice League so I thought you might do something similar, and that would definitely 1-up the hot toys vehicle.
There were two versions one for '89 and one for '92 so it seems you are switching between the two versions. For starters ur canopy sits too far up try sitting it back by three inches ..
Dude... The problem with the site intake isn't the roundness.... It's not flat enough at the top. You want to know which version to do..? That B&W picture with Tim Burton sitting on it... If you designed a cap over the entire car shaped like the shielded version. Something that could be placed over the model.
All my bat mobiles are coming from you guys . Just hit the pre orders and waitlist . GREAT WORK .
Wow! Thank you 😊
Let’s goooo…I already have the hot toys one but will be getting your one for sure.
100% ALL IN Joost!!!
Finally an accurate 1/6 version perfect for the new Keaton Batman release
Can't wait! Just got my '66 Batmobile. So impressive! I'm sure you'll smash the '89! 🙂
Wow. What a great compliment
Ouuuuu yeahhhhhhh !!!! Please make this dream reality

Great to hear this is getting started!
We need a 1/12 version as well!
The black and white photos are correct! Ertl and hotwheels have some of the most accurate molds.
Finally I've been waiting for along time for this to be made. i can't wait to order it. I love this car and to have this would be a dream come true
Cannot wait!!!! The best news in a long time!!
Just paid off my 2022 batmoblile woo! I would LOVE the 1989 to have a similar limited edition numbered plate like the 2022 does :)
Oh my god man. Now I’m rethinking the 1995. I’m still gonna get that don’t worry, but oh man this is THE car
I’m on board. I will add it to my other preorders. Joost, you and your team are great. Keep up the great work and I’m glad WB gave you the licensing!!!

All in on this 🦇🦇🦇
DO IT!!!
Lovely love the 89 batmobile
I received my justice mobile a few months ago and I love it thank you. Your team will do great on this project as well
Thanks 😊
I will pre-order yours for sure! 👏🏼
It is most sleek batmobile model ever but it is quite hard to replicate.
I agree
I am all in!!! Day one preorder for me. Thank you for starting this. :-)
This is very exciting!

Holy sh**balls Batman! I need this!
😂 yeah ya do!
1/12 scale with a 1/12 batwing. No room or budget for any more 1/6 scale vehicles.
I completely agree
detailed interiors and if could be able to open , lights and sound could be the most important here
Great!
Yesssssss
Brian thone, and Matt munson. They're building batmobiles. They're good guys to talk to!
Metal parts please monsignor Joost...especially the jet exhaust etc. FILM VERSION LOL...Where is the 89' original car??? The reference photos surely...and don't call me Shirley
I would ❤ to have it in diecast metal. You can make it limited production.

sound, plug light, features like the 2022 would be awesome
Don't forget about the Gas Caps

Count me in on this one!!!!
OMG day one preorder for me
Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!❤
Once you got perfection, please add a SHIELDS cover as HT did 😀

Yeah, wouldn't have the space for 1/6 but in 1/12 i would be 100% in!
@joost, I would do the '92 version, and have it split into 3 pieces... just saying, then there is no comparison!
So glad I ordered this! Any update on if diecast might work?
Thanks. Not yet. And if anything, it will be small parts.
@@JazzIncdioramas got it, thanks! :)

So glad you like it. I will think about it look into the option of offering both the 1989 and 1992 version.
Interchangeable wheels or hubs to have both versions from the two movies

Hot Toys panicked and re-release another 1989 Batmobile with all the mistakes.
1/12, please! Just send me the pre-order link, I’ll pay it in full.
Just asking if you are still seeking design information on this project? Kind of a history with this car....
Contact comedian Jeff Dunham! He has the Batmobile!!
So uh, I build Batmobiles and have one if you need photos/or want input.
Can you get info from WB? Maybe they can help as well.
I also have a digital model if you wanna take a peek.
I want the one with the longer nose spinner..and please no diecast.. it will be to heavy and the real ones were made out of fiberglass
89 version was matte black and 92 was glossy black
Exactly.
There were two versions one for '89 and one for '92 so it seems you are switching between the two versions. For starters ur canopy sits too far up try sitting it back by three inches ..
1/12 please 😔🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
The hot toys is too short and stocky, the rear arches are too fat. The whole car looses some off the originals sleekness.
Ok I’m in. Ping me link

want a 1/12 scale version, no one makes one...why?
Yea... That's terrible....
I have every detail of that car seared into my mind....
That's NOT the Batmobile.
