My dad's father served in WWII. Pearl Harbor and DDay survivor. (He was from Hawaii and was home for break during PH but somehow got a ride to the harbor once we got bombed). My dad served in Vietnam. My husband served in the Army National Guard.
There are at least 13 family members I could list who served our country in three generations. However, I will mention in particular my son who served 27 years in the Navy.
